Serviceman Rob Weber was prompt, friendly, and proficient. Door is working very well now. I just feel that the cost(713.00) was little pricy for a keypad, remotes and changing springs and rollers. I wanted the work done and didn't haggle with the price because I don't have the time to get other estimates. I would be hesitant to use your company again unless I saw other estimates justifying your prices.

Israel Hixon solved the problem that I had with my garage door today. Thank you Israel. Israel was very professional and friendly. He explained what was needed and how he would be able to fix the door. Great job and he finished quickly. I had a garage door opener repair service call today, June 16, performed by Precision Door Service technician Robert Weber. Robert was extremely professional, polite, informative, and helpful during the repair estimate and then with my installation of a new garage door opener. He also had all the proper ppe (masks and gloves) to safely complete the job at my home. I was notified before his arrival by the company and Robert. I previously purchased garage doors from Precision Door Service. I would highly recommend them for your garage door or opener needs. Very prompt and professional service.

Extremely happy with Gia today. The night before she sent me an email about my appointment the following day. She provided me with 2 links to help me get familiar with the products they offer and help me understand some of the differences. Gia’s email also gave me an arrival time and she called when she was half an hour away. Love this company and the communication. Gia arrived on time, professional, mask, gloves and a uniform so I knew she was with Precision. She took measurements and showed me examples of their hardware. Before she finished she emailed me an estimate with everything I picked. Gia made this experience a very pleasant one.

I received a 50 % discount on the service call since work was done. The job was done in a very professional manner. However the sales tax charged was on the full price of the service call rather than the discount price. There was no response to my email message and a telephone call requesting an explanation.
