I was recently having repeated problems with my garage door opener and needed to rectify the situation. I tried all the recommended checking points but couldn’t find the source of the problem. I saw your company was highly rated and now I know why. The serviceman Dan came during the scheduled time and he advised replacing the old unit with a new one. I had an important appointment later that day and he said he would be completed within an hour. He not only completed the installation, reprogrammed all devises, left my garage in a clean condition, but worked with a professional and friendly attitude!

I am so happy with Precision. Called this morning because my cables snapped (old system not installed by Precision) Within two hours Danny the tech was here ! He replaced my cables, springs and installed a new door opener. He also told us our existing door opener was not up to code so he replaced it for us. His professionalism was superb. The service and tech ( Jessie) were excellent great follow through and communication. Jessie gave me 3 price options and I was stunned!!! I took the middle which was what I thought way over the top. I priced springs and cable and the price I paid was way way over the top. Happy with service but I feel like I was ripped off.

We had a problem with our garage door outside key pad. Coincidentally, a Ballpark packet arrived which included a coupon for Precision. After some internet searches, my husband called for an appointment. Customer service gave appt for the next day. Day of, technician called to see if he could arrive early, great. Upon arrival, Danny listened in earnest to what I thought was the troubles. He worked up an estimate and explained that is this was not the solution, he would have to give additional quote for whole new door opener. Danny was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Price was reasonable, so he got to work. Luckily, the original fix/quote worked! I would recommend and use them again.
