An absolute great experience from start to finish. Needed my garage door fixed and decided to give them a call. I set up an appointment for Saturday morning. 30 minutes later I got a call back saying a technician would be in the area and could stop by later in the day. The company kept me up to date on the status of the technician and the time frame when he would arrive. The tech Robert W called me when he was on his way. Upon arrival Robert diagnosed the issue and gave me a complete run down of things that needed an immediate fix and other things that could wait. Robert then broke down what each repair would entail and what parts would be used. He then presented me with three price options and explained each one. After choosing my option Robert quickly fixed the issues and the garage door was like new again. From making the appointment with the main office to the tech completing the job you can tell the company and it’s workers value thier work and customers. Precision is a notch company with top notch customer service and work. I would highly recommend them to anyone with garage door needs.

I chose to hire this company because I needed help right away, and they were able to schedule an appointment the next morning. They are very friendly, and helpful both over the phone, and in person. My technician keep me informed when he would arrive, and gave me very reasonable estimate for the cost of the job. Also, he answered my questions and gave me more information about my garage door and mechanism. I would hire them again, anytime.

Very pleased with the work done: up-to-date safety features were installed as well as fixing the main problems with the garage door - it never operated so quietly nor so well. Jesse was a very professional tech who explained everything and answered all my questions. Excellent job from start to finish. Precision Door Service has a checklist for safety during Covid-19 and I had no concerns as to my health and safety.

Israel H. was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained everything he did. When he left, my garage door was in much better condition. The extension springs and cables were replaced, and the springs were hung so they do not rattle against the track. Much quieter. Thank you!

Extremely impressed with Precision Door Service. Really one of the better experiences I've had dealing with any company from a customer service standpoint. Easy appointment setting, great communication, Rob our experienced technician arrived on time and quickly replaced our old and installed 2 new garage door openers. Job was done well and they work perfectly. Installation pricing was very fair as well. We're considering new doors perhaps next Spring and now we know there's no place else to look - as we're very happy with the service we received! Highly recommended!
