Called Precision being they were not far from us. Was very happy with the workmanship and the technician who serviced our home. Had problems with our remote door opener and it was explained in detail to me why I should get a new unit. Installation was done same day and service call and happy with product.

Your website looked very professional with all bios of your employees. However, when I made the appointment and was asked what type of opener I had I was expecting the technician to have the parts for Genie openers. When he told me they don’t carry Genie parts I was confused and disappointed because it was either pay $600 for a new opener or pay the service charge for a 3 minute conversation. Francisco was very nice and apologized for not being able to do more for me however, I would have preferred not wasting time nor money if they knew they didn’t have Genie parts.

The price of replacing the two springs, cables and other moving parts was pricey but what I expected for the industry, he was done in about an hour. Danny called me to let me know he was on his way. I totally appreciated that so could plan my time accordingly. He and Roberto were friendly and professional. After a total diagnostic of my broken garage door , Danny showed me the two options I had to get the door working again. It was 12 years old and while I could have chosen to just get it working again with a couple of parts, I opted to refurbish all that was broken and old, actually on Danny and Roberto's advice, with a 10 year warranty. The motor was fine, and the door also, so, we just replaced the springs, cables (adding a needed safety cable) and all the moving parts. The spring I had originally, Danny discovered was never gauged for the size double size door I had, a miracle it lasted so long. LOL Amazed the door now runs so smoothly and quiet!! Who knew? My cats no longer run when I open or close the door. haha I'm certain it will last at the very least 10 years! So, in conclusion, I would highly recommend this company! I did't shop around for the best price, just the most professional company, but I feel I got what I payed for and more! It was a fair price to pay for the parts and fine expert job.

I got the contact information from my neighbor, who had a new garage door installed. From the initial phone contact to the estimate this morning the staff were very courteous. I had seen an advertisement in the paper for Precision and decided to try calling because my spring broke and 1 hinge. Timothy O'Brien was the technician who came and he changed both springs and changed all the hinges. The door is quieter than it ever was and I was really happy with the work of Timothy O'Brien and he was a really nice guy. A lot of times your not sure how they'll be but Timothy O'Brien was awesome and am definitely going to have him back for a new lift master. He did an excellent job and he was pleasant to talk to (which you can't always say about everyone that comes to do work at your house). I was really happy with with his work and his knowledge and he did right by me. He didn't try selling me anything I didn't need but he was honest and fair and told me the truth about what needed to be done. The door was put up in 2002 so it needed an overhaul and Timothy O'Brien made that door better than when it was new. Thank you so much and I recommend Precision Garage Door if u need service or a new door or opener

I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon and was so pleased to speak with a live representative who scheduled my repair for the following Saturday 5/26. Justin and Roberto were fantastic. Justin kept me up to date with voice mails several times regarding their arrival time. They were respectful, professional, understanding and knowledgeable about the repair and we took Justin's advice regarding the installation of a new opener. The work was clean and timely and he even helped us reprogram our cars. These two young men get a 5+ star rating for service and are the reason we would recommend Precision and use the service again. .
