Mike Picarello called well ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, giving me ample time to finish what I was doing and get home. He treated my dad and me with the utmost respect, and performed an outstanding job fixing the garage door. When he was done, the door opened and closed effortlessly and safely. Greg and the fellow technician with whom he came were on time, polite, friendly, professional and efficient. Their job was enthralling to my children with whom the technicians made small talk and answered their questions. Their installation work seems to be good and Greg checked and fixed the door until he was satisfied with it's operation. They were neat and cleaned up all of the garbage and took it with them. Overall, an extremely positive experience.

I am so impressed with Precision Garage Door and their technician, Tim. My garage door was bouncing in opening and closing and had several broken and worn parts. Tim in using a computer note pad diagnosed the problems and also visually showed them to me. He further explained the options for repair in a very understandable way. Most of all, Tim was so courteous, mannerly, and highly efficient in repairing the door and its parts. He is a great credit to the company. The Precision Garage Door office was also most courteous. They sent me a most informative e-mail within minutes of scheduling my appointment. They clearly deserve a 5 star rating. I highly recommend them and, in fact, did so to my office and will also recommend them to family and friends.

Due to an unfortunate situation my door sustained damage. Not realizing the safety latch was secured my daughter hit the wrong door button on a twin door assembly. The technician was dispatched promptly and informed us of damages. He took it upon himself to order the damaged section on the door to make the necessary repair. They scheduled the work and repaired the door at a very reasonable fee. Obviously the damage was caused by us. Precision is a very reputable establishment. Their people are courteous and respectful.
