My garage door is over 17 years old, so I figured the parts needed upgrading, especially when the keypad kept failing and the sensor kept faultering. I called Sears who jiggled the wire on the sensor, told me it was loose, replaced the keypad and charged me almost $300.00. I had to call Sears THREE times to make sure the guy was still coming - with the last call at 3:30PM with a 4PM "last appointment." When my sensor failed out again, I called Sears on 12/29/17 (they were at my house on 12/14/17 previously) and they booked me for 1/05/08. I called Precision who sent the tech out today. The tech called me to let me know his ETA, did a safety inspection (Sears never did), recommended services that would bring my garage door up to code without breaking me financially, and completed all the work in about 20 minutes. The tech was polite, professional, instructive, informative and through. My loyalty is now with Precision.

Hunter, the technician who serviced my garage door called to keep me updated on his arrival time, examined the broken door equipment and took the time to fully explain all of my options for the repair. The job was completed in the specified time and was tested numerous times to assure the repair was done properly. Other companies need to take a lesson from these guys on how a successful business is run. I would highly recommend Precision for all garage door repairs ( like the spring, cable, pulley and roller replacement on my door ) or a full door replacement.

I have an old, heavy wood door that I wanted to maintain because it complements the style of the house. David Backinoff and his assistant, John, did a great job rehabbing the door hardware and installing a new opener and springs. The door now operates better than it ever has in the 30+ years I have owned my home. They took the time to diagnose the issues and breathed some new life into the old door mechanisms. I would definitely recommend Precision to take care of your garage door problems.

My garage door was not opening and my car was inside. I called Precision and booked appointment and they gave me 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Service Specialist arrived @ 10:00 AM. Before the arrival I got a call from the company @9:30 AM and also got a call from Service Specialist (Danny Sales) @9:50 AM. The service was excellent. The Service Specialist Mr. Danny Sales communication is good is having good experience in Garage door opening. He suggested to install the new motor because my old motor was very old before 1993 model. The price was reasonable and he finished the job in an hour (1 hour). He demonstrated everything and I also got the lifetime warranty. This company has professional service specialists. I am very much satisfied with the service. I give 5 stars for the service provided and recommend this company.
