David Backinoff and his assistant, John, did a great job rehabbing the door hardware and installing a new opener and springs. The door now operates better than it ever has in the 30+ years I have owned my home. They took the time to diagnose the issues and breathed some new life into the old door mechanisms. My garage door was not opening and my car was inside. I called Precision and booked appointment and they gave me 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Service Specialist arrived @ 10:00 AM. Before the arrival I got a call from the company @9:30 AM and also got a call from Service Specialist (Danny Sales) @9:50 AM. The service was excellent. The Service Specialist Mr. Danny Sales communication is good is having good experience in Garage door opening. He suggested to install the new motor because my old motor was very old before 1993 model. The price was reasonable and he finished the job in an hour (1 hour). He demonstrated everything and I also got the lifetime warranty. This company has professional service specialists. I am very much satisfied with the service. I give 5 stars for the service provided and recommend this company.

Incredible service. I was unable to get into my garage on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.I took a shot in the dark and went to the web. I find "Precisions" website. The person who answered the phone was professional and knowledgeable and explained everything. That was followed up with a phone call be a technician who arrived about a half an hour later. Again he was courteous, professional and explained thoroughly what he was going to do, he provided an estimate. He was able to open the door with no damage, he made the suggested repair. All of this was done at a reasonable rate. I will surely use Precision in the future and would absolutely recommend this company to family, friends and neighbors.

Spring broke on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Did not expect to find someone available. Accidentally found Precision. Young lady who answered the phone was very professional and answered all my questions. Scheduled the spot. Technician Joe L. Called about 2 hours before and again 30 minutes before as promised. Showed up and was very professional and personable. Made suggestions and was not pushy. We wound up changing both springs. Highly recommend this company and will do business with them again.

I called Precision after going on line and reviewing several other companies. The one thing that stood out was the fact that Precision had an accreditation from BBB. So right off, I felt that they would be trustworthy. They were also licensed and insured. Right after I called, their technician called to say that he would be in my area at my convenience. The technician Joe L. met me and proceeded to do an inspection of my unit. He made recommendations and I chose the one that fit my budget at the moment. Joe L was professional and knew his job. He didn't try to sell me anything I did not need, and couldn't be more accommodating. The entire repair took less than an hour. I would recommend Precision and their technician Joe L to everyone. Excellent service- i called in the morning for my mother's house in Merrick.. (I live hundreds of miles away and found this business online) Her garage door opener was inoperable. Within hours the old oddly configured opener was replaced as well various badly worn parts of a 53 year old garage door. There were certain non standard aspects to the existing system and i was surprised when the guy didn't have to come back with the parts days later because he had everything needed with him. A very different experience from the usual confusion. Well trained, well organized, communicative and thorough. I visited my mother last weekend and while i was there, i visited the garage door too and the door and opener now works perfectly.
