My technician Danny arrived on time , assessed the problem which was old worn out weather stripping and replaced it on both garage doors. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did the job in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again for any problem I have with my garage doors.

We were very pleased with the technician Israel. Cost was more than we expected but we felt confident that all recommended parts were needed. I trust that should anything go wrong your company will stand by your work. Again Israel was pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. He made sure everything was working as it should. I would rate precision as five star. I may need new rubber on bottoms of doors but did not want to add to cost at this time.

We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Precision. The office notified us that the technician was running a little late because of an unforeseen complication at a previous job. The technician called us from the road when he was on his way. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He listened patiently to our questions and answered in a thorough manner. He explained what the problem was very clearly and presented us with options on how to fix the problem.

In 2019 Jesse Cole did a great job replacing a broken spring and today John Hixson did a remarkable job not just replacing broken brackets supporting a spring, but repairing my garage door (which split in multiple spots when the brackets snapped) and placing metal support plates…very appreciative to not need a new garage door. Thank you John !

Price was right, work was done right. Israel did great installation job of new lift engine and springs. Very friendly, easy to work with, explained it all, and didn’t mind me watching and learning ( I usually am a do it yourself guy). Would recommend to others. Wore mask even tho vaccinated, which is great policy.

Jeff did a Great Job in replacing my old garage door with new one. Connected my old Opener to new Door and works perfectly. He also installed Emergency Key Disconnect which I didn't previously have & it works great. Jeff came within the scheduled appointment time & finished entire job within the scheduled time frame. Isaac Rodriguez was a pleasure. He is knowledgeable with his trade. He was came earlier to Han our scheduled appointment but he called me first if it was okay. He was professional and diagnosed our garage door problem quickly. He was helpful and answered all the questions I had. He also helped me program our non working key pad outside our garage after replacing it with a new one. He changed the LED light bulb that we had in the opener because he explained that it could interfere with the function of the remote garage door opener. `First time using Precision Door Service based on online reviews. Such professional staff from the office worker who answered the phone to the technician that came to my house. Danny Salas was efficient and professional. Explained the repair needed and provided a cost before proceeding with the work. Repair was completed and the door was tested to make sure all was good.
