George arrived on time. He thoroughly reviewed my garage door, motor and key pad. I had called because the key pad had stopped working. He was very patient in explaining everything he looked at, it’s condition and relative health of the whole system. Finally he replaced the key pad. George was friendly and careful with his work. I would recommend George and Precision.

The process of motorizing my garage door was handled beautifully from beginning to end by Precision. On time, fast turnaround, very neatly done, men were first class. This was a complicated install and these guys handled it with ease. Everything was well explained and the site was left perfectly clean. Have used Precision in the past and alway found them professional, reliable and have always been satisfied with the job that was performed. I’m embarrassed to admit I forgot the name of your employee that was here today . He explained everything that was broken and the job he was going to do to fix it . I am a nurse and told him I needed to get to work ASAP and he worked so quickly on opening the garage in order for me to get the car out and get to work . I would recommend your company to friends and family in the future if needed.

I booked the service on Saturday night for Sunday morning of Thanksgiving weekend. The technician arrived a half hour early, fixed our door opener problem quickly and efficiently. There was no extra charge for the weekend service. We were delighted. I highly recommend this company.

From the moment I made the appointment, to the time the installation was done, the whole experience was remarkable. Not many companies keep the customer in position one but Precision was does and they are excellent. Their communication was clear and concise and I was shocked to see that within minutes of confirming my appointment, I received text message with a picture of my technician, Isaac, which included a bio, and a time when he was arriving. They also text to say, Isaac was on the way and scaled the time down to a precise arrival which was within the window as expected. Once here, Isaac was a true professional and excellent at explaining the process, products and even helping me understand why I should/could use new rollers but didn’t have to, the choice was mine and I decided to considering I purchased a new Liftmaster belt driven system (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) Honesty and integrity are second to none with these folks and their craftsmanship is top notch. Everything was done quickly and every item was explained after installation. He even walked me through the setup on my phone! Again, second to none customer first service- this is what is lacking in the service industry today and Precision nailed it! Thank you Isaac and the Precision team! Will recommend to anyone that is looking for anything garage door related!!!

I called Precision on a Thursday and spoke with a wonderful customer service representative who walked me through the process of a service call, explaining everything I needed to know. My spring and cable broke on my automatic garage door late on a Saturday. I called Precision and they scheduled me for the next morning(Sunday) between 10am - 2pm. I got a text and email alerts acknowledging the appointment. Sunday I got a text a 930 am that he was on the way with tracking that I could see where he was. Robert arrived right at 10am. I explained what happened and he inspected my whole door system and came up with a few options. He took pictures of all the damaged parts and explained what happened and what caused it. Some of the parts were undersized making it strain more than usual causing it to prematurely wear out. Plus It was 15 years old and had reached its life expectancy. He inspected my motor also and said it was good and was a relatively newer model which was replaced by the previous owner 5-6 years ago. I opted for replacing both side springs, cables, pulleys. Basically all the working mechanisms to both tracks that allow the door (2 car garage door, heavy) to operate. The price was fair. Robert was top notch. Polite, professional, knowledgeable. I agreed to the job which he said would take about an hour. He finished in the amount of time he said he would. They sent me a quote electronically which I signed off on and everything about this whole experience was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Robert the technician who did the job.

I called Precision on a Wednesday and on Thursday I had a new garage door opener. My installer, Israel was knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything. The work was performed immediately and care was taken to leave no debris. Israel helped to program the phone app and answered all my questions and concerns. He asked several times about any other information he could provide. I will continue to use precision door and will recommend the company.
