I absolutely love that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service called me ahead of time to let me know that they were arriving in 10 minutes. What’s more, I received a text with a photo of the technician and a short bio about him. I thought that was a nice touch. My technician, Andrew, diagnosed the problem rather speedily and fixed it within the hour. I highly recommend this company. Bonus: they have weekend hours. I had my service done on a Sunday. Very convenient.

I am a previous customer. Precision did not do my original installation but this was my third service call. I chose them because I was satisfied with their service in the past. I am also very satisfied with this particularly repair job. My torsion spring broke on a door that was installed in 2009. Although there are two doors on our garage this one probably bears 90% of the traffic. The tech, Andrew Depalma was polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The replacement parts he installed are actually of higher quality than the original.

Our service technician, Danny S. was professional, well-mannered, and most of all, very respectful with handling our needs. Our garage door spring broke. Danny was very knowledgable about the mechanics of our particular garage door and how best to repair it. And what impressed us the most was his eye towards safety! When our spring broke, it went through our wall which such force because there was no safety cable in it. Danny knew this was a necessity for us.
