We were automatically transferred to Precision because the company we had previously used was no longer in business. And--we are very, very pleased that we were referred to Precision! The representative sent to us, George Albert, was EXCEPTIONAL in all the ways that matter: informative, skilled, polite, a pleasure to have working in your home! And, as very-senior citizens for whom today's technology poses the expected challenges, we were deeply grateful for George's patience, very polite patience, in explaining to us all the details of operation and maintenance. We plan in the near future to install automatic operation in our companion garage door, and have already told George we shall request his services at that time. And, we have already referred Precision to a neighbor, praising Precision's way of doing business, and the quality of the representatives it sends out.

The entire process from the initial scheduling of the review of options at our home, narrowing down our selection, placing the order, receiving recurring status updates, scheduling the installation and completing the job was excellent. Vince from Sales was responsive, knowledgeable, captured our requirements and managed expectations. The installation team of Shane and Prince was punctual, competent, friendly, communicative and knowledgable. Not satisfied at all I was over charged for work I didn’t need done because I wasn’t home to question it. Not only didn’t I need the work I found out the parts I was charged hundreds of dollars for can be bought for less than $50. I will neve use or recommend this company again. Preparing to file complaint with the better business bureau. Shameful.

Couldn't be happier! Today, May 25th, Mike C showed up alone to remove the old door, and install the new one along with all brand new hardware. He was in an out within 2 hours 10 minutes! OK 5 mins of that at the end was us talking about music, and cleaning up. He was nice, professional, a good kid, and has a great taste in music. Precision Door should be thrilled to have someone like him!

Called Precision around 12 noon and was very pleased that they could schedule service that same day. At around 2PM Israel Hixson came to my home and quickly evaluated the problem I was having. He then presented several options for a solution. He concisely explained the various alternatives and after we chose a course of action he immediately went to work to fix the problem. The repair involved changing rollers and adjusting springs. This made a big difference in how easily the door could be lifted manually, thereby making it much easier for the motor to raise and lower the door. He then went over and above by inspecting all aspects of the system and tightening and adjusting various components as needed. Israel was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and he is a credit to your company. Thanks for the great service. Mark
