I discovered Precision on Angie's List. This was the first time I had used that service. Precision had top ratings so I decided to try. I am glad I did. From first call to completion of the twin doors I needed replaced I could not have been more pleased. Every portion was completely professional. I was comfortable with the entire process. I would strongly recommend them to friends and neighbors that need garage door work.

Discovering you via your website this morning and beginning with my first contact with Precision Door, Julie was so very kind, courteous and concerned with the issue of my car being trapped in my garage after a spring broke. Joel S. contacted me about 1 hour later and arrived 20 minutes after that. Joel is most definitely a very professional, qualified, efficient and genuinely kind young man. He throughly and clearly explained all my options regarding either repair or replacement. Seeing as the garage door is original to my 60+ Year old home and the opener was near 38 years old, I have opted to have your company install a new door with opener which will take about 3 weeks from now. And yes, seeing your rating with BBB and reviews, I was confident that I was dealing with a very reputable company. I believe that both Joel and Julie are definite assets to your company

What a great company! I was truly impressed from the initial call to book my appointment until the moment my technician left. The level of customer service is phenomenal and the quality of the work the same. It makes a huge difference in customer service when the level of communication is ????! Danny was very polite and knowledgeable. We had all moving parts replaced today. The doors are operating quietly and smoothly. I will definitely consider your company when we replace our garage doors. Thank you!

Professional, friendly, did what was needed, explained everything and they went to great lengths to say who was coming , in light of all the news of strangers or people that are not vetted well it was very noticeable how they went the extra mile to make sure the customer was comfortable by letting me know who would be coming to my home. That takes effort. Thanks Wendy Kings park NY
