John-Aaron and Marlon were professional and efficient. Their thoroughness in explaining what should be done to make my door perform the best was easy to understand and there was no pushiness to take the higher priced options. I am pleased to recommend them both and Precision Doors to anyone needing garage door attention.

We were referred to Precision by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. Danny was on time, honest, detail oriented and took the time to explain everything to us. He came wearing a mask and gloves to ensure our safety. We are looking forward to having our new garage door system (including opener) installed by Precision.

Your service was truly as advertised, you paid attention to every detail. My only concern was that I researched the price of the opener you installed and found it could be purchased on average for 250.00... The installation tok about 90 minutes, and the total charge was 650.00.... So, you basically charged me 400.00 for 90 minutes labor. Now, I know you are in business to make money, I just felt that is a little over the top. Other than that, I am happy with your technician, and his professionalism
