Discovering you via your website this morning and beginning with my first contact with Precision Door, Julie was so very kind, courteous and concerned with the issue of my car being trapped in my garage after a spring broke. Joel S. contacted me about 1 hour later and arrived 20 minutes after that. Joel is most definitely a very professional, qualified, efficient and genuinely kind young man. He throughly and clearly explained all my options regarding either repair or replacement. Seeing as the garage door is original to my 60+ Year old home and the opener was near 38 years old, I have opted to have your company install a new door with opener which will take about 3 weeks from now. And yes, seeing your rating with BBB and reviews, I was confident that I was dealing with a very reputable company. I believe that both Joel and Julie are definite assets to your company

I called Precision from an ad in the local delivered papers, and although it wasn't urgent and pressing, the garage door was getting louder and seemed to be struggling. Also, after a power outage, all remote sources were out except one. No matter what we tried on both garage doors, only one remote code worked one door. Precision set up an appointment, followed up with text and email when the technician was on the way and he even called as he neared the house to confirm. Very very efficient. Danny was the technician, he analyzed the major source of the noise as the rollers and replaced them, then went on the reprogram both doors to the cars and the wall mounted remote. Again, very very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. I was impressed and very happy with the service.

Danny was fantastic. While he was repairing one broken door he looked at my second door and confirmed that the rollers were bending, and should be replaced. This was while dispatch was calling Danny numerous times while we were discussing the repairs to hurry up and get to the next customer. Danny replaces all rollers springs and rubber on the two doors as well as adjusted the doors so that they are literally like new!
