This was my first contact with precision door service. My technician, Danny Salas was friendly ,knowledgeable ,and professional. Although I called for a repair of a broken cable, I ended up buying a new door. The mechanisms were so old, that it was impossible to fix the cables . I must say that I feel confident that the rest of this process will go as smoothly as my first visit. I like the alert regarding the arrival time and the fact that you sent a picture of the technician who would be coming to my door. a picture of my technician.

I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with this company. Justin, the tech, who did the installation in June was most competent and just today he was back to fix a problem which I was having. It seems that a bunch of screws had become loose in the door and that's why it was not properly operating. He came, fixed it and did it once again in a most professional manner. I would recommend them with no reservations. Their customer service is outstanding and that's a definite plus. They are most professional in all aspects of the operation.

Excellent service!!! Technician, Dan, was there within 2 hours. Very courteous and eager to resolve the problem with my old safety beams, which looked simple, but turned out to be very difficult. Dan would not give up. He went the extra mile and finally completed the repair totally satisfactorily with a smile and without a hint of frustration. This company is on now my short list.

He showed me all the worn out pieces in the door and how important it was to replace them ALL, so he did just that. I found your company in the Val-Pak advertisements that come about once a month in the mail. Contacting your company was very easy and they confirmed our appointment via e-mail, and subsequently phoned our home. Robert Weber was a very capable and delightful technician. We were not expecting to purchase a new garage door opener, but to replace the broken part did not seem cost effective and a new door opener seemed more feasible in the long-run. I think if I were to have researched this project, I would have come up with a less expensive installation, but it made sense to have it done today, as the technician was here and had the equipment and the time to do the job. Overall, we are very happy how everything turned out and I hope our new unit will give us years of satisfactory service. We would highly recommend your company to anyone needing your services.
