I was very much impressed with the way the entire project was handled. Initially I was little concerned about the truthfulness in diagnosing the problem of my garage door opener. Appointment was made very quickly and Joe came right in time as promised and provided me the written technical inspection sheet. He immediately replaced the Lift Master opener. The entire problem was handled courteously and professionally. I am very much satisfied with the job well done. Thanks Precision and your website helped me tremendously

I saw the ad in the Val Pak . Looks like a reputable company, and they were beyond professional, courteous, and very detail oriented. I love the technology that they bring into their maintenance program, and explain everything that has to get done for your garage door. They give you options to proceed, as well as their recommendations. Danny, self-sufficient was fantastic and a true gentleman. I would highly recommend them

My local guy seems to have gone out of business and you folks are everywhere so I chose you. The tech was a nice guy and he did nice work (we’ll see as time goes by) but the price $$ was a real hustle. Not even close to a fair price for what I had done - oh well.

Precision is the best garage door company in New York, every time I’ve used them they have been extremely helpful. I recently bought new garage doors and they made the process as simple as it could be. Danny was our technician and I couldn’t have been happier with his help. He was kind, timely, knowledgeable and overall just a great person. He answered all of my questions and got us exactly what we were looking for. I will only use Precision for all of my garage door needs. I wish every other company was run this well and had employees as great as they do. Thank you Precision, I will be a customer for life!

Jesse was great. He let us know he was on the way and arrived at the early part of the appointment window. After his inspection, he gave a clear explanation of what our garage door needed. advised us of available options and what the cost would be. He was fast, thorough and did a very neat job.

Got an ad in the mail and scheduled a garage door repair after reading reviews. Our garage doors are 15 years old; one didn't open and the other shook a lot. We decided to fix the cables & rollers but fortunately didn't need a full replacement. Precision responded promptly, scheduled at our convenience, and sent several confirmations of the (Saturday) appointment (one of which included a picture of our technician). The technician (Danny) was professional, efficient, thorough, and reviewed all our options. Prices were fair and service was above our expectations. There was no high-pressure sales pitch -- refreshing. I would most certainly recommend Precision to a friend!

This was my first contact with precision door service. My technician, Danny Salas was friendly ,knowledgeable ,and professional. Although I called for a repair of a broken cable, I ended up buying a new door. The mechanisms were so old, that it was impossible to fix the cables . I must say that I feel confident that the rest of this process will go as smoothly as my first visit. I like the alert regarding the arrival time and the fact that you sent a picture of the technician who would be coming to my door. a picture of my technician.

I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with this company. Justin, the tech, who did the installation in June was most competent and just today he was back to fix a problem which I was having. It seems that a bunch of screws had become loose in the door and that's why it was not properly operating. He came, fixed it and did it once again in a most professional manner. I would recommend them with no reservations. Their customer service is outstanding and that's a definite plus. They are most professional in all aspects of the operation.

John, our technician was excellent. He called while in route and was very courteous and professional. Our garage door was repaired exactly as estimated and we are very satisfied. Little disappointed he didn’t have bottom door gasket on truck, otherwise excellent work and clean up afterwards.
