Greg was terrific so nice and courteous Brian arrived with the door and was very friendly even taking a minute to pet our dogs. We felt very satisfied with our experience, we plan to order 2 more doors for our house.

The technician (Hunter) called to identify himself as the one who would be arriving at 8:45 a.m. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He serviced the garage door and automatic door opener within 90 minutes. He explained every aspect of the repair and showed me the new parts that were installed. I am very pleased with the work that was done.

My phone call to Precision was answered professionally and an appointment set up for the following afternoon. The technician called to let me know that he had one appointment left before mine and gave me an approximate amount of time that the appointment and travel time would take. He said he would call again when he was leaving that appointment which he did. He was polite and greeted me in a friendly, professional manner when he arrived. He asked me what the issues were, explained what needed to be done and gave me a price for the repair. He attempted one repair to a damaged door and gave it his best shot; unfortunately, it could not be repaired and would need replacing which was what I thought might be the case. He then proceeded to replace the damaged spring on another door. His work was neat and clean and the company's pricing was fair. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them to others. The technician was great!
