I chose Precision based on favorable reviews on the NextDoor site. My garage door opening mechanisms needed replacing. Precision confirmed the appt. online and I also received a call before the appt. to let me know the repairman was on his way. The young man came at the time we had agreed on, and after explaining what needed to be done, the repairs were made in about 1/2 hr. He was very pleasant and professional. Definitely would recommend this company!

Can't say enough about Precision and their service! Was able to get an appointment immediately and my garage door was fixed quickly and professionally. Their service guy Israel provided three repair options and explained each. I had the option to "just repair" the broken part, or to have the door fully re-worked. Great Job all around! Fantastic company, Garage door hardware was completely shot. I called Precision at 8am and it was fixed by 10am. They replaced all the moving parts on the track and it’s like new. The device tech, Isaac, was clear, honest, and professional. He gave me 3 options and weighed the pros and cons of each. I would certainly use them again. Their price is on the higher end but it’s clear that you get what you pay for.
