Called Precision around 12 noon and was very pleased that they could schedule service that same day. At around 2PM Israel Hixson came to my home and quickly evaluated the problem I was having. He then presented several options for a solution. He concisely explained the various alternatives and after we chose a course of action he immediately went to work to fix the problem. The repair involved changing rollers and adjusting springs. This made a big difference in how easily the door could be lifted manually, thereby making it much easier for the motor to raise and lower the door. He then went over and above by inspecting all aspects of the system and tightening and adjusting various components as needed. Israel was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and he is a credit to your company. Thanks for the great service. Mark

The representative sent to us, George Albert, was EXCEPTIONAL in all the ways that matter: informative, skilled, polite, a pleasure to have working in your home! And, as very-senior citizens for whom today's technology poses the expected challenges, we were deeply grateful for George's patience, very polite patience, in explaining to us all the details of operation and maintenance. We plan in the near future to install automatic operation in our companion garage door, and have already told George we shall request his services at that time. And, we have already referred Precision to a neighbor, praising Precision's way of doing business, and the quality of the representatives it sends out.
