Isaac ensured that after he installed the new motor, sensors, keypads, etc., my garage door worked perfectly and quietly. I was completely satisfied with Isaac's work and will definitely recommend Precision to my family, friends and neighbors. Isaac was also courteous and respectful and explained everything he would be replacing clearly and understandably. Isaac is an asset to the Precision "family"! I truly appreciated his expert work! These guys are the best. They installed my belt drive a few years ago. Got a next day appointment when I called and they goodwill warranteed a backup battery without even me asking. I was having problems with my garage door and made an appointment with Precision to come take a look and repair if necessary. Isaac arrived exactly on-time and examined my door and components. He explained everything in great detail and presented me with options of how much I wanted done. Isaac made the repairs quickly and efficiently after we agreed what needed to be done, and I appreciated that he didn't try to "upsell" me on anything I didn't need. I was also very impressed with Precision's communications -- before, during and after the process -- perhaps the best from any company I have experienced recently. I will definitely recommend them to others and will reach out again myself if I need any other work done.

I needed 2 replacement springs for my garage door and the tech (Danny) took a look and gave me an initial quote of, get this, $1,200!! I was going to send him away but I let him explain what was included and what an alternate price was. He had a bare minimum price of $640 which was still way too high but I was in a bind because I could not open the door without springs and my car was in garage. I reluctantly agreed and the work done was fine (took about 40 minutes) but I’m so upset that I spent that much money unnecessarily. I checked YouTube and it is a very easy job to do yourself and I ordered from Amazon two140 lb springs and four 3 inch pulleys ( total cost $65) for the other door which I will do myself when I have a free hour.
