Israel Hixson called and said he was about 30 minutes from us. Asked if I minded that he was early that was fine with me. Mr. Hixson was polite, helpful, and made us aware of some things that needed replacement and we went with his advice. If we need any help in the future, we would certainly request his help again.

I had to replace a brand new Genie bought at Home Depot. The new Genie was not as good as the old one. My old one was so much better. I called Precision Garage Door Long Island, what a great job. My installer was Israel.He did a great job. The door works fine. I brought the other one back to Home Depot. Got my money back.

My Precision garage doors were installed by Precision about 2 years ago. They worked flawlessly until a few days ago. An intermittent beeping was audible, then ceased. Neither door was able to be opened using the electronic controls. Andrew came, and solved the problems quickly. For one door, I hadn't re-enabled the manual handle after opening it manually. The other door didn't work because the electrical house socket was intermittent, and ran down the battery. I'll need an electrician to install a different socket. Andrew was very helpful, professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use Precision in the future if service is needed.

Israel came to fix my garage door the cable has come off. He called and kept me informed s to when he was coming. He was very courteous, personable and well mannered. He fixed the cable and told me what I would need in the future for maintenance. I felt he was very honest and I trusted him. He didn’t push anything which is what i liked and felt comfortable with. I did have him replace the rollers while he was here being the garage doors are 15 years old. I would definitely use Precision again and would want Israel to do the service.

This is a very professionally run business. I can tell the minute I talk to the technician, the way he presents himself, his uniform, his vehicle, and neatness of his work. I was satisfied on all these points. Tech's name is Xavi Ramirez. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of my garage door, and what I wanted done. I knew the springs should be tired at 17yo, and some of the hardware needed changing, and lots of lubrication and adjustments were preformed by Xavi, and I was very pleased at the outcome and quietness and efficiency that my door was now operating like it was new. Kudos to Precision Door for having techs like Xavi.

I received a text from Israel that he was on his way and he gave an ETA, which I thought was an excellent service. Israel and Rocco were both very respectful, knowledgeable and friendly technicians. My door just needed routine maintenance but Israel addressed an issue, that I asked about, and have had for a long time. I am so pleased with the seal that he installed on the bottom of my door. They explained each detail of the maintenance to me. I am a very happy customer and will keep Precision as my Garage Door Go To Company!

My garage door wouldn't open and both garage doors needed overhaul. My 14 year old Liftmaster system is still working. Israel did NOT try to sell me new motors (which we didn't need) and instead gave me multiple options of: 1. work that NEEDED to be done and 2. in additional to needed work, other things that could be done to make my system work better. He replaced broken keypad, fixed an interior garage opener for one door that wasn't working, replaced torsion springs and nylon rollers. The system is good as new and my husband and I couldn't be happier. We called last night for appointment and Israel was here first thing in the morning. He called when he was on his way. Totally professional and friendly. Thank you! Highly recommend. Appreciate that this is a local, BBB and Angi rated company.

Called for a repair for stretched spring and noisy operation. We were offered a time frame the next day and Israel H called a half hour before arrival within the time frame offered. He reviewed our entire situation, made several recommendations,and began the work we authorized quickly, efficiently and neatly. He thoroughly explained each procedure. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he replace the springs but attended to a few minor issues that he said would make the operation work better. He was courteous, respectful, trustworthy and overall provided excellent service.

There was a coupon in the value pack advertising your business. I called and made a appointment for the same day. Louis called before he came and reviewed what was wrong with the garage door and explained to me what needed to be done and the cost of the repairs. I agreed and he repaired the garage door and showed me how to lubricate certain parts of the door. He was professional and he clean up after he finished the job. I would use your company again.

Precision Garage Doors originally installed my garage door and opener several years ago. They did a great job then. This was only the only second time I needed service since then and they did an exceptional job. The appt was arranged quickly and the tech arrived at the noted time. The tech was Isaac Rodriguez who explained what the issue was and what he needed to do to resolve it and approx how long it would take. He finished the repair sooner than expected. He also noticed another small issue and repaired it as well. I would recommend Precision Door highly.

Everything was very professional and friendly from the first phone call. The service man, Israel, called :45 prior to his arrival. He examined the problem and the other door and explained what needed to be done and different options. I agreed to one option, Israel wrote up the order and how much it would cost, and I signed off on it. He finished in about two hours and the doors work like new. I'm very pleased with Precision.
