The service from my initial call all the way through service was top notch. I was able to schedule an appointment over the phone for the following day. Danny Salas, service technician for Precision Door, has been at our home several times in the past 3 years, when we moved in and purchased a new garage door and opener from Precision. He always explains everything in detail so we understand the mechanics of the electrical mechanisms operating the opener. Never had any issues he couldn’t take care of. I would never use any other company fir our garage door needs! Thank you!!

If I could give six stars I would. From the beginning to end, the process of getting my new garage door opener purchased and installed could not have been easier. Isaac the installer was just great. Contacted me 30 minutes before arrival, discussed and explained the job at hand and went to work. Very professional and the work was completed fast than I thought in a neat manner. Called Precision a few weeks ago to fix our garage door and their service was fantastic. I was given a 4 hour window for service and the technician (Marlon I believe) not only arrived early he was almost finished before the window started which was a welcome surprise. After that he took a look at our issue and provided us several options to fix it. At that point he went through each option and gave us all pertinent information to make our decision. Couldn't be more satisfied and would use these guys again in a heartbeat.
