Our installer, Prince, was prompt and courteous and a pleasure to work with! He even removed an overhead cabinet for me (which hadn’t interfered with our original overhead door so I didn’t realize would be in the way of the new one)! He installed the door almost single-handedly, uncomplainingly. Later, Shane arrived and they finished the job together cheerfully and professionally. Very happy with the whole experience!

My new garage door was installed yesterday. I am pleased with the entire process from ordering to installation. Brian, the technician who installed the door, was courteous and professional, and the total clean-up when the job was finished was impressive. There is one problem, however. There is a small dent in one of the panels which I was told would be replaced. Therefore, the job isn't totally complete, so I will write another review when it is.

I contacted Precision truthfully cause it came up first in my search engine on Google. The reviews were a plus too. Had a cable broken, thought I'd have to wait cause it was Easter. Precision team contacted me via phone and instead of coming Monday in AM, they came Easter. So grateful. Marlin was the man's name. He explained everything perfectly to me. Gave me price up front. Was very courteous and friendly. He was quick in completing work and was overall very pleasant young man. He examined my problem, detailed the steps that were needed to fix it, and gave me a clear estimate of the cost.
