The garage technician was precise and finished within 20 minutes. The downside overpriced! I was shocked it cost over $800 just to replace garage springs, wheel rollers and to connect two Cable‘s. And one cable for “safety”. Maybe I should get a job with you guys?

He finished replacing my broken spring and adjusted the travel limits on the electric garage door opener in less than 30 minutes. Israel took his job seriously and I could tell he enjoyed his work. I searched for garage door repair companies on the internet. After comparing them, I felt that "Precision" would be my best choice. Israel did a great job of replacing the hardware on my garage door. It now works better than ever. He explained what he was going to do and, why. Then, he told me what the cost would be. As far as I am concerned, "Precision" is the go to company for anything relating to garage door work.

I would not use nor recommend this company to anyone. $74 to tell me it'll cost $200 to remove two nails, move the weather stripping an inch and tap them back in. They're words not mine. 5 minutes they were here cost $74 to tell me 5 minutes of work would cost $200. Go to a different company, your money will be better spent. Never paid $74 for an estimate for anything. On a good note, the employee who showed was very nice.

Excellent service!! Isaac offered a thorough explanation of the condition of my existing opener and offered options to replace it. The work was completed the same day and he took ample time to walk me through the new features. The job was done quickly and the garage was left clean when the work was completed.
