I contacted Precision truthfully cause it came up first in my search engine on Google. The reviews were a plus too. Had a cable broken, thought I'd have to wait cause it was Easter. Precision team contacted me via phone and instead of coming Monday in AM, they came Easter. So grateful. Marlin was the man's name. He explained everything perfectly to me. Gave me price up front. Was very courteous and friendly. He was quick in completing work and was overall very pleasant young man. This was my first time calling Precision, I will definitely call again if needed and will al as I refer. Thank you so much to Precision, Thank you Marlin

The Technician called ahead to tell Me when he would arrive. He showed up on time and was extremely polite and professional. He examined my problem, detailed the steps that were needed to fix it, and gave me a clear estimate of the cost. Once I authorized the work, he quickly completed the job and told me exactly what he had done. All receipts and a description of the work were emailed to me for my files. I was extremely pleased with the service.

Precision was the second company I called as my garage door was not working. The first company never showed up. I made the appointment they communicated right upto the serviceman. The serviceman, Danny Salas, called 20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was confident and knew right away what needed to be completed. He went to work and within 45 minutes everything was working. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Moving forward Danny will be the only person I would call to help me with the door. I will definitely recommend Precision. Ask for Danny Salas he is an expert!

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service after seeing. their ad in a circular. It indicated #1 garage door service on Long Island. I wanted to see why. I also liked that they offered 24/7 availability and that i would be speaking with a live person. After making the initial call, i was able to make an appointment for the next day. The day of the service call I received text confirmation and also a picture and short bio on the technician coming. Israel Hixson was courteous and professional. we walked througjht the process of the repair and I ended up purchasing a new garage door. The whole process went quite smoothly.Precision met my expectations and then some. Detailed and thorough service with a smile. Now I am just waiting for my new door to be installed once the ordering process has been completed.

Danny and his coworker were outstanding. I've had so many issues that every few months something would break on my garage door. Danny assessed the entire door, hardware and all, and replaced everything worn as well as replacing my screw drive opener witha belt driven opener. Now the door is perfectly working and is whisper quiet. I never knew it could be so quiet. Highly highly recomend Precision.
