From the first phone call to the appointment with Joe I found Precision to be very professional. They showed up on time and called an appropriate amount of time before hand. They do a very good job of communicating with the client through text and email updates. The installation of our belt driven motor was easy quick and efficient. My wife and I were very impressed by the service technician. We were sort of embarrassed since we could not engage the door again after we had to pull the lever to open the door manually due to a power outage. The serviceTechnician just told us to pull back on the rope handle and then press the button... to our chagrin the door was engaged... John did explain to us as a courtesy with the service call he would perform a review of the door and see if there were any problem spots. He did advise us of the problems that we may incur with the door in the future if we did not attend to them. So we decided to take his advise and have those issues fixed Thank you John for your avise and expertise

The doors need to be replaced or fixed and Rob came out to assist with a quote. He was very friendly and did a full evaluation on repair or replace the entire system. He took pictures and measurements and gave me a full report on the condition of my doors. He didn’t rush out to the next job as he took the time to answer my questions and explain everything to me.

Springs busted at 10pm on Wed night. Was able to call a 24 hr hotline and schedule an appointment the next day. Door was fixed by 230pm on Thursday. Fast, friendly and reliable. Warranty the new parts for 10 years. Look no further for install or repairs
