The technicians were competent and worked quickly and neatly to install my new garage door and belt drive motor. Brian Meinsen and his assistant, Roberto, were terrific. They called to advise me of their arrival time and were onsite within 5 minutes of the anticipated time. Reasonable quote with good advice on what to replace Delivered doors earlier than what was quoted for lead time (a "rarity" these days" Technicians called before arriving to install as asked Techs were knowledgeable and neat - cleaned up after installation Would use these guys again Only been a day since install so "jury still lout" on reliability - hope all goes well!

I would give your professionals Danny and Roberto more than a 5 star review - it should be 10. Qualities you don't see every day. Polite, explained everything that needed to be done - no surprises. Shared with me how to operate door and new lock. Took there time to do everything with perfection. Now you can see why they deserve a 10. Left my house neat and with a smile on their faces knowing they represented your company with pride. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Precision and set up an appointment repair 2 garage door openers. Tim arrived on time and accessed the situation. After running diagnostics, he advised that the control boards in both openers had to be replaced. The educated guess is that the garage was possibly struck by lightning rendering both openers damaged at once. He reviewed the estimate and answered our questions. We agreed and he got to work immediately. Tim is a courteous, knowledgeable, professional and an asset to Precision. Thank you for a job well done.

It was a good day! I chose Precision after reading a lot of the customer reviews. My technician was Francisco Taveras. I made the appointment in the morning and received same day service! I was able to check his pic in my email before he arrived to verify it was him. He called 15 min before arrival, was polite, patient, and gave me all of my options after my present system could not be fixed. He finished quickly and explained everything thoroughly. I'm very happy.

This is the second time that I’ve used Precision and again it was the right call. Tim O was my technician and I couldn’t have been in better hands. As with my first repair of a broken spring with Justin (also excellent), Tim called ahead, arrived on time, and methodically installed a new spring on my second door, then installed two new belt-driven garage door openers and a new wireless external remote. I was amazed that he was working solo without an assistant, and he actually informed me of the time it would take to complete the installation, which he did to the minute! When finished, he programmed the clocks on the openers, synced all the wireless remotes and even tried to sync the remote in my car (it’s wasn’t compatible). Tim is not only a real pro but he works with ease, confidence and incredible expertise even on the most humid day imaginable (my garage was unbearable and I set up a work fan which seemed to help a bit). He never complained about the humidity and worked with incredible “Precision”, pun intended! Tim O is awesome! In the future, I know which company to call for my garage needs, Precision!
