My garage door was not going down and appeared to turn off. I called the office at 2:30 P.M. Danny called me at 3 and was there by 4. We went over the problem tried to find the least expensive alternatives and with continued investigation, Danny discovered that even though it was a new door was replaced in 09 the motor (1999) was not replaced. He provided me with replacement choices, of which I am very satisfied.

I called for help with a nonfunctioning cable and within 3-4 hours a technician, Tim, arrived ready ...and able...to go to work. Within 2 hours the new equipment was installed, the garage was cleaned up and we had our broken garage mechanism fixed. Great company, terrific technician. Would highly recommend. Called in the morning, Joe L. arrived promptly for my afternoon appointment. He assessed my garage door opener, reviewed and explained his findings with me. After he gave me the cost of the repairs that I approved Joe completed the repairs. Was he good, no he was GREAT! My garage door hasn’t opened and closed that smoothly and quietly in years. Joe is extremely competent, polite and a pleasure to deal with.

We had Hunter H here to service our garage door. He called to let us know when he would be out and he was right on time. I had called 2 other companies and neither one could be out before Monday I didn't want to be with an easily opened garage door the whole weekend.
