We had Hunter H here to service our garage door. He called to let us know when he would be out and he was right on time. I had called 2 other companies and neither one could be out before Monday I didn't want to be with an easily opened garage door the whole weekend. So had our new garage door and opener installed today by Greg Rambadadt. Similar to the tech who came by with the original estimate, Tom J., Greg was pleasant, efficient and did a great job of installing the new equipment. Every thing looks great, and the clean-up of all old material was excellent as well. Our experience with Precision was topnotch! I'd recommend the company to anyone who asks.

I picked your company because of the reviews, ratings and credentials. It was a very positive experience. I did have a problem about two weeks later with it not closing. I called and two hours later Brian was here to correct the problem. I was very impressed with that prompt service. He spent extra time with me answering my many questions and then gave me a tutorial on the workings of the door - which was wonderful.
