Well I tried to replace my garage door opener on my own , that turned out to be a 4 hour ordeal and a total waste of time , let’s just say somethings need to be done by professionals and that would be precision door. On Saturday, March 27, 2021I called Precision because a spring broke on my garage door. Spoke to Beth who provided outstanding customer service in both scheduling and pricing! On Sunday, March 28,2021 service technician Jacob Cahill called to advise me that he was available to arrive earlier than scheduled appointment if that would work for me which was great. Jacob did an outstanding job installing 2 new springs. His work was very neat, proficient and professional! Thank you Beth and Jacob!!

Israel exceeded our expectations. He was very courteous and answered all our questions. Even though he was late due to unforeseen circumstances he kept us informed as to his approximate arrival time. And believe me, I understand lateness. You start a project and think it will take a half hour and two hours later you still are not done. Well, anyway everything went along without any problems and he seemed to have worked in record time. He installed a new door opener and his clean up was perfect. I cannot say enough nice things about him. I would HIGHLY recommend your service. Thank you.
