This was the second time I needed garage door repair service and I chose Precision both times. The service men are knowledgeable and personable. The scheduling admin was nice. Today’s service was performed by Isaac. His professionalism rates a 10. He repaired a rail which had been knocked out-of-alignment. He also provided me with information about available garage door openers as mine is becoming ancient. The company provides texts with reminders of the appointment and on appointment day a text providing the service technician name along with their photo and bio. A pleasure to do business with this company.
