Not only they met my expectations but, they were exceeded. From placing my request to the follow up of the time the technician was coming. Once Isaac, the technician came to my house, I was really and totally surprise with his professional and pleasant personality. His knowledge and understanding of what was required was great but even better the way he explained what was needed and why. Amazing!!!!

On Saturday, March 27, 2021I called Precision because a spring broke on my garage door. Spoke to Beth who provided outstanding customer service in both scheduling and pricing! On Sunday, March 28,2021 service technician Jacob Cahill called to advise me that he was available to arrive earlier than scheduled appointment if that would work for me which was great. Jacob did an outstanding job installing 2 new springs. His work was very neat, proficient and professional! Thank you Beth and Jacob!!

I had used Precision Door Service before and therefore knew them to be reliable and trustworthy. So when our old (40 year old) garage door system failed, I immediately called them. And i was not disappointed. The service was all I expected. The repairman was knowledgeable and helpful, making our options understandable and performing the service immediately and efficiently.

Available to respond 24 seven to call. Very professional service and knowledgeable tech. In addition another Tech came by to help speed up the job. Spent more than I expected but very professional and good recommendation on fixing not only problem but future by replacing most equipment. Pointed out that there was a myriad combination of replacement parts being used and Decided best course of action to replace all at same time. Both techs respectful and pleasant/ knowledgeable. Definitely highly recommend. Purchased many replacement parts/ opener/ cables/ rollers/ remotes/keypad/ springs complete overhaul.

I was impressed when I arrived home on the quality of the door we purchased. After two weeks I found a minor problem which needed adjustment, three days later it was taken care of by a technician which made the adjustment. Service means a lot when you can count on the results. Amazing job thank you !!
