I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with this company. Justin, the tech, who did the installation in June was most competent and just today he was back to fix a problem which I was having. It seems that a bunch of screws had become loose in the door and that's why it was not properly operating. He came, fixed it and did it once again in a most professional manner. I would recommend them with no reservations. Their customer service is outstanding and that's a definite plus. They are most professional in all aspects of the operation.

Excellent service!!! Technician, Dan, was there within 2 hours. Very courteous and eager to resolve the problem with my old safety beams, which looked simple, but turned out to be very difficult. Dan would not give up. He went the extra mile and finally completed the repair totally satisfactorily with a smile and without a hint of frustration. This company is on now my short list.

I was so impressed with the quick response of your company to allow me to free my car out of the closed garage. Danny was so friendly and reassuring that I felt relieved that he would do a great job. Danny Salas arrived just when he said he would, after calling me to let me know he was on his way, so his start was excellent indeed. He showed me all the worn out pieces in the door and how important it was to replace them ALL, so he did just that. He is a real professional; he knows what he's doing; he's very precise in his descriptions and in his actual working. He impressed me from the start, and I will NEVER use any other company to deal with my garage door problems than Precision. I found your company in the Val-Pak advertisements that come about once a month in the mail. Contacting your company was very easy and they confirmed our appointment via e-mail, and subsequently phoned our home. Robert Weber was a very capable and delightful technician. We were not expecting to purchase a new garage door opener, but to replace the broken part did not seem cost effective and a new door opener seemed more feasible in the long-run. I think if I were to have researched this project, I would have come up with a less expensive installation, but it made sense to have it done today, as the technician was here and had the equipment and the time to do the job. Overall, we are very happy how everything turned out and I hope our new unit will give us years of satisfactory service. We would highly recommend your company to anyone needing your services.

I needed to solve a problem with my garage door shaking and eventually not going down or not staying down if it went down at all. Jesse Cole came for the service call and did a terrific job diagnosing the problem and replacing the parts to solve the problem. He was courteous,efficient and neat. I didn’t want to submit a review until enough time passed where I was confident that the problem would be solved long term.
