Your service was truly as advertised, you paid attention to every detail. My only concern was that I researched the price of the opener you installed and found it could be purchased on average for 250.00... The installation tok about 90 minutes, and the total charge was 650.00.... So, you basically charged me 400.00 for 90 minutes labor. Now, I know you are in business to make money, I just felt that is a little over the top. Other than that, I am happy with your technician, and his professionalism

Richard Webber was our outstanding repair technician who came late in the door at a moment's notice for repair. He was punctual. professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem with the double garage door not responding up or down immediately. He explained all of our repair options and provided an estimate for review. He included a veterans discount. He repaired the damage on the spot and tested his finished work product over and over for satisfaction. He exhibited expertise and proficiency and was conversant in his technical field. I would highly recommend the company and this technician to anyone. We had previously used this service at our prior residence and the reason we reached out for this service was directly related to previous outstnading work then too.

Discovering you via your website this morning and beginning with my first contact with Precision Door, Julie was so very kind, courteous and concerned with the issue of my car being trapped in my garage after a spring broke. Joel S. contacted me about 1 hour later and arrived 20 minutes after that. Joel is most definitely a very professional, qualified, efficient and genuinely kind young man. He throughly and clearly explained all my options regarding either repair or replacement. Seeing as the garage door is original to my 60+ Year old home and the opener was near 38 years old, I have opted to have your company install a new door with opener which will take about 3 weeks from now.
