Just used Precision Door Service to replace my garage door motor and fix the various parts of the door itself, cables, etc... From beginning to end the best sales and service experience I had in ages. Danny Salas, the technician, explained everything including the pros and cons for the various levels of work I could have done and the pricing for each. Once I decided to go ahead and replace the motor instead of repairing it and fix the door itself, Danny completed the work, quite expeditiously, and explained everything I needed to know about how to operate it. He also was kind enough to help me sync my garage door opener with my car. He was excellent and I would definitely recommend you ask for Danny Salas if you use Precision for your garage door needs!

I was very happy that your team was able to schedule a repair appointment for the same day I called. Anyone I had contact with was very professional in their dealing with me. The tech Tim, was at my home at the early end of the appointment time I was quoted, and called on the way over to advise. My door has been an issue in the last month opening and closing as it should. I explained to Tim what I had found so far and he took in the info and went over the door for a while and found the problem, made repairs and also recommended other areas that needed work. I was happy he had suggested these items because in the long run I may have had to have Precision come back again in another month to make additional repairs. It's certainly more reassuring to know that when you leave or come home, your door opens and you're not out there in the snow trying to get into your home otherwise!!

Greg and Andre just left after installing two new garage doors at my home. My husband and I couldn’t be happier Greg and Andre did a fabulous job. I know it wasn’t easy as it’s an older detached garage but we love our new doors! Super quiet and nice looking too! I really enjoyed the simplicity of your business model. I called at 8am. I had two guys at my house by 1pm. The guys quoted the prices, made sure I understood everything, and got the work done right away in an efficient/professional manner.
