Your man showed up early in the morning - he said he would try to schedule me at the start of the day. He came in and studied the situation. Turns out the wall pad got fried by a power outage/surge. Power was out for all of three minutes in the snow a couple weeks ago.. With all the wireless units in the world for all kinds of devices, WHY can't your industry create a wireless pad (perhaps with cheep AA batteries) which is not effected by power surges? I understand you make more money by having these situations arise, however... I was very happy with the original installation your company did and was more than willing - if anyone asked - to recommend your services. Perhaps if you created a wireless wall pad, we would be very happy and you could make a lot of money. Overall your tech was very professional and did a good job. Jon TH

My tech was Danny S. He was on time, very knowledgeable of the product. Explained everything that was going to be done upfront and gave an estimated time to complete. Finished before that time very neat and clean. Once installed tested everything and showed me all the features of the system. Our experience with Precision was great! Our technician was John and he did an awesome job from beginning to end. He was thoughtful and explained every detail of the job that needed to be done; what we could live with and without, which to me, made him trustworthy, and that alone, is priceless. He handled everything with complete professionalism. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them!!

Danny was very professional and friendly. He gave us all the information on new doors and openers, explaining in detail the pros and cons of all the various parts that go into a new door. He then came up to our kitchen to go over the various options and it was like talking to a friend. I would highly recommend him to a family member.

The spring/coil on our door broke, and took one of the pulley wheels out with it, on a Sunday. My wife went on-line and found you guys and an appointment was set for the next day. She remarked how easy it was to get you guy sand get an appointment. Your technician, Danny, called before arriving, as you guys said he would do, and he was a real gentleman. Friendly, considerate, and knew what he was doing. He explained everything, what it would cost, and then went to work, and was done. He even took care to make sure every detail was just right -- something you don't always find in folks. He cared about the quality of his work. Great job Dan, and thank you to all. I would definitely recommend you guys. We are grateful we found you. Thanks again.

I highly recommend Danny Salas and Brendan Serrano. Danny came an explained what I could stay with or gave me options to replace. I decided to go with a new opener, new springs and new remotes. It was all done very quickly and he even programed my cell phone and my remotes in my car. Thank you and we will be using Precision again if needed.
