Not satisfied at all I was over charged for work I didn’t need done because I wasn’t home to question it. Not only didn’t I need the work I found out the parts I was charged hundreds of dollars for can be bought for less than $50. I will neve use or recommend this company again. Preparing to file complaint with the better business bureau. Shameful.

Couldn't be happier! Today, May 25th, Mike C showed up alone to remove the old door, and install the new one along with all brand new hardware. He was in an out within 2 hours 10 minutes! OK 5 mins of that at the end was us talking about music, and cleaning up. He was nice, professional, a good kid, and has a great taste in music. Precision Door should be thrilled to have someone like him!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service technician Lewis Rodriguez serviced a garage door at my home that was binding, at times would not close and was very noisy. He completely replaced all moving parts and adjusted the door so that it now closes smoothly and quietly. Lewis prior to completing the work on the door provided a detailed explanation of the proposed work and parts needed to repair the door as well as the cost of the work to be done. The repair work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

I gotta tell ya, this is how you run a business. Constant communication from start to finish. Professional. Buttoned up. I had a new garage door opener installed. Danny called me a 1/2 hour before he arrived. Reviewed my situation. Provided various solutions. Agreed on what needed to be done. He banged it out. Clean work. Went over everything afterwards. I absolutely love that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service called me ahead of time to let me know that they were arriving in 10 minutes. What’s more, I received a text with a photo of the technician and a short bio about him. I thought that was a nice touch. My technician, Andrew, diagnosed the problem rather speedily and fixed it within the hour. I highly recommend this company. Bonus: they have weekend hours. I had my service done on a Sunday. Very convenient.

The entire process from the initial scheduling of the review of options at our home, narrowing down our selection, placing the order, receiving recurring status updates, scheduling the installation and completing the job was excellent. Vince from Sales was responsive, knowledgeable, captured our requirements and managed expectations. The installation team of Shane and Prince was punctual, competent, friendly, communicative and knowledgable. These two young men represent your company extremely well and you are fortunate to have them working for you. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them.
