Julian and Michael were here yesterday to expertly install my new garage door, my second from Precision! The old one needed replacing having been damaged. They did such a great job from start to finish! I had John here from Precision right after the damage, and he was able to repair it to the degree that it could be used until the new one arrived. THIS WAS AT NO CHARGE! Precision Garage Door is THE BEST! Thank you, Doug, for how well you run your fine business!

This is the second time I scheduled maintenance with Precision Garage Doors. scheduling was easy and convenient. The first time I used the company the technician eliminated a screeching noise that was present each time I opened my garage door. Another company had told me the noise was normal and I had to live with it. On this second visit I needed to replace my garage door keypad which had stopped working. The technician, Corey, was knowledgeable and easily installed a new keypad. He also programmed a new remote I had as well as oiling the wheels on the garage door opener just to ensure future funcion. He went beyond my issues and I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. I totally recommend this company.

Hi Doug, I was very, very pleased with all of Precision Door representatives that I dealt with. They all were very helpful and called to confirm my appointment several times before arrival. I would very much appreciate it if you would personally thank Israel for his skill in getting my older garage door to operate smoothly. He answered all of my questions both professional and technical. I will call on Precision Door Company from now on whenever I have a garage door concern or problem. Sincerely, Jacki (Fishbein) 17 Mara Road Huntington Station, NY 11746

Danny installed a new garage door opener. The old one was about 23 years old. He was a wonderful person to work with. He was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He was patient in making sure I knew how to operate everything. He programmed my car & keypad. In so doing, he made sure I knew how to do it. Even made me practice. Fabulous Tech. I love the new garage door opener. What a pleasure. It’s so quiet & the LED light really makes the garage brighter. I can now see things easier.

Danny Salas explained the issue I thought I was having with a new opener. It turned out it wasn't an issue with the opener. It was operating correctly. But by adding a light-sensing door opener solved my problem (the upgraded opener was not free but worth it to me ) and made me a happy customer. Thank you.

Precision was excellent from the initial call to receiving an email requesting feedback. The technician, John, called before arriving, clearly explained what he was going to do and then provided multiple options to repair our garage door. The pricing was competitive. I would definitely recommend Precision to family and friends.
