Precision Overhead Garage Door Service technician Lewis Rodriguez serviced a garage door at my home that was binding, at times would not close and was very noisy. He completely replaced all moving parts and adjusted the door so that it now closes smoothly and quietly. Lewis prior to completing the work on the door provided a detailed explanation of the proposed work and parts needed to repair the door as well as the cost of the work to be done. The repair work was done quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

I gotta tell ya, this is how you run a business. Constant communication from start to finish. Professional. Buttoned up. I had a new garage door opener installed. Danny called me a 1/2 hour before he arrived. Reviewed my situation. Provided various solutions. Agreed on what needed to be done. He banged it out. Clean work. Went over everything afterwards. I absolutely love that Precision Overhead Garage Door Service called me ahead of time to let me know that they were arriving in 10 minutes. What’s more, I received a text with a photo of the technician and a short bio about him. I thought that was a nice touch. My technician, Andrew, diagnosed the problem rather speedily and fixed it within the hour. I highly recommend this company. Bonus: they have weekend hours. I had my service done on a Sunday. Very convenient.

I am a previous customer. Precision did not do my original installation but this was my third service call. I chose them because I was satisfied with their service in the past. I am also very satisfied with this particularly repair job. My torsion spring broke on a door that was installed in 2009. Although there are two doors on our garage this one probably bears 90% of the traffic. The tech, Andrew Depalma was polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The replacement parts he installed are actually of higher quality than the original.

Andrew was here to assess the condition of the door, the tracks, the motor, etc., and he did a great job! Our service technician, Danny S. was professional, well-mannered, and most of all, very respectful with handling our needs. Our garage door spring broke. Danny was very knowledgable about the mechanics of our particular garage door and how best to repair it. And what impressed us the most was his eye towards safety! When our spring broke, it went through our wall which such force because there was no safety cable in it. Danny knew this was a necessity for us. I would highly recommend him not just for his know how, but for his well-mannered nature.

We recently had new garage doors & opener installed ( on one of the colder days this winter) Our installers, Michael Chaparro & Shane Fazal were fantastic. They arrived on time after sending a text, worked diligently( especially in the cold) & fully explained and answered all our questions. They conducted themselves very professionally. We would also like to make a "Shout Out" to Israel Hixson who got this ball started. We knew we needed new doors which he help us navigate but he also patiently helped repair our very old ones until the new ones arrived.
