Ou?r? garage door opener was old and not working properly. Danny S. the technician came this morning and fully explained the issue. He was very thorough and was excellent installing our brand new opener. It is so quiet now and is working perfectly,Danny was very professional and wonderful to work with.Kudos to your company!! ????????????

I needed 2 replacement springs for my garage door and the tech (Danny) took a look and gave me an initial quote of, get this, $1,200!! I was going to send him away but I let him explain what was included and what an alternate price was. He had a bare minimum price of $640 which was still way too high but I was in a bind because I could not open the door without springs and my car was in garage. I reluctantly agreed and the work done was fine (took about 40 minutes) but I’m so upset that I spent that much money unnecessarily. I checked YouTube and it is a very easy job to do yourself and I ordered from Amazon two140 lb springs and four 3 inch pulleys ( total cost $65) for the other door which I will do myself when I have a free hour.
