Danny was born and raised in the Dominican Republic. At the age of 20 he decided to move to New York to have a better future in life. He graduated from Career Institute of Health & Technology getting an Automotive Tech diploma. He likes to help people out, but beside that, he loves to play piano and produce electronic dance music. His goals for Precision are to make customers happy and for them to be 100% satisfied with his services.

I am so happy with Precision. Called this morning because my cables snapped (old system not installed by Precision) Within two hours Danny the tech was here ! He replaced my cables, springs and installed a new door opener. He also told us our existing door opener was not up to code so he replaced it for us. His professionalism was superb. His work was outstanding ! Thank you Precision for having excellent service techs who really know what they are doing We will never even consider calling another company.

So far so good. Danny was professional and explained why I had a problem with my remote. The garage door has a big dent and he explained that it will not be able to fix it and I kind of knew that. The chain is old and rusted and I do park my car in the garage and he explained that my car could be damaged if the chain ever becomes loose. So I have decided to replaced the door and all the mechanisms to the door. Thank you Danny

We had a problem with our garage door outside key pad. Coincidentally, a Ballpark packet arrived which included a coupon for Precision. After some internet searches, my husband called for an appointment. Customer service gave appt for the next day. Day of, technician called to see if he could arrive early, great. Upon arrival, Danny listened in earnest to what I thought was the troubles. He worked up an estimate and explained that is this was not the solution, he would have to give additional quote for whole new door opener. Danny was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Price was reasonable, so he got to work. Luckily, the original fix/quote worked! I would recommend and use them again.

I could not have asked for a better experience. From the person I spoke with on the phone to the repair person that came to my house; the customer service was exceptional. I needed to have a repair which was done perfectly. Then I needed to have something else replaced, I was lucky enough to have the same repair tech both times. He was great, knew his job, great personality and courteous. Again, I could not have amused for a better experience.

Danny Salis came to repair my Garage Door the next day after I called for service. He surveyed my situation recommending that my door was an expensive one and was in good shape but my springs, rollers etc would need to be replaced. He then quoted the price (which was a bit more than I was expecting and did the repairs working very fast but very efficiently. Wouldn't leave until he was sure I was satisfied, which I was. The door now works great, I would recommend Precision and Danny any time.
