I replaced my rollers and pulleys with upgraded sealed bearing units and now the operation is so much smoother and quieter! Used Precision 5 years ago to install a new door and was very satisfied. Currently had a problem with motor, called Precision and had a technician come out the next day (Robert Weber). Robert was very knowledgeable and courteous. He attempted to repair motor which was wet due to a ceiling leak. He indicated the adjustment he made might not work due to the components getting wet and I may need a new motor. He provided an estimate and I have an appointment to install the new motor next week.
