Precision Doors Riverhead was very responsive to my phone message left over a Holiday Weekend to established a time and date and actually came when indicated. Robert Weber was the technician who examined the situation and thought he could repair the panel without having to replace the entire door, saving me $2300. Money I do not have especially after the Holidays which are full of birthdays and presents. He was successful and at the same time installed an exterior key panel so my grandchildren can open the door from the outside. I was a little dubious about dealing with a franchise instead of a local installer, but since the local installer never called back, I am very thankful for Precision and would recommend them highly.

Liz made arrangements for my garage door opener to be serviced within 48 hours. Robert called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He was courteous, helpful, and professional in his attitude. He took the time to explain the issues and showed photos of the damaged items. He had all of the items needed to fix the problem. After completing the repairs, he took the time to explain the ways in which the remote worked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needed to purchase an overhead garage door or to have one repaired. I was so pleasantly surprised by the ease of making an appointment for a repair. The customer service representative was able to quickly schedule a day and time that worked well for me. The state of the art messaging system that kept me aware of the technician’s arrival time, his name and picture so I knew who would be helping me, and a live map showing his location in proximity to my house was so helpful. The technician, Robert W, was professional, super personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated that problem and how he was going to fix it in terms I understood. He made the appropriate repairs and had me open and close the door a few times to make sure all was good and that I was satisfied with how it was working.

Rob came yesterday as our garage door made a hugh noise when shutting down and some wires were loose. I called late Saturday afternoon and spoke to a real person. She gave an appointment for Monday that was convenient for me. Very pleasant young lady! Bob came right on time Monday to repair our garage door and called 30 min. before arriving. He assessed the problem and gave us three repair opinions to choose from and the prices for each. This was one of the best customer service experience I’ve had in years! Called Precision due to their great reviews, as our garage door had stopped working. I was shocked that I was able to not only get a same day appointment but also that our technician, Rob, was there within 90 minutes of my call. From there, he diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a reasonable quote and repaired the door in a half hour. And he couldn’t have been a nicer guy! We’ve been wanting to ultimately replace the door, and I’ve already hired them to do that . Highly recommend this company! I’m not used to this level of service from any company, especially during these last two pandemic years.
