Although my husband had corrected the problem prior to your technician's arrival, Mike was extremely courteous and professional. He is very knowledgeable and represents your company well. If at any time in the future i need your services i would not hesitate to call again. I would also highly recommend your company to anyone needing garage door repairs. So had our new garage door and opener installed today by Greg Rambadadt. Similar to the tech who came by with the original estimate, Tom J., Greg was pleasant, efficient and did a great job of installing the new equipment. Every thing looks great, and the clean-up of all old material was excellent as well. Our experience with Precision was topnotch! I'd recommend the company to anyone who asks.

I picked your company because of the reviews, ratings and credentials. It was a very positive experience. I did have a problem about two weeks later with it not closing. I called and two hours later Brian was here to correct the problem. I was very impressed with that prompt service. He spent extra time with me answering my many questions and then gave me a tutorial on the workings of the door - which was wonderful.

The overall process was extremely easy and hassle free. I'm a very busy guy and did not have time to constantly check up on the status and progress. I made an appointment and the manager called to discuss all the options and scheduled an inspection. Once all was set and done, within 4 days my doors were installed. The installation was professional, clean and perfect. Very happy with the turnout and product quality.

Technician Tom Jenkofsky arrived at the appointment time. He did a through inspection on the condition of the door and support items. I elected to proceed with the repair to a broken door handle. Tom was very efficient and knowledgeable. The handle was replaced and he did some minor adjustments and lubrication to other door parts. It was a pleasure doing business with Precision and I would definitely recommend your company.

Mike and Danny, the service technicians, were very professional in the way that they explained everything they would need to do to replace my existing garage door opener, that no longer worked, with a new one from Precision. They were readily accepting of any question that I posed to them and answered with complete candor. There was nothing out of place in my garage when the job was finished, and the floor was immaculate. I would give this service team a 5-star rating!
