I received a 50 % discount on the service call since work was done. The job was done in a very professional manner. However the sales tax charged was on the full price of the service call rather than the discount price. There was no response to my email message and a telephone call requesting an explanation.

Our experience with Precision Door was 5 star from beginning to end. Israel (Izzy) and his coworker (I apologize I forget his name) were great! They are highly professional, work hard and diligently. I can tell by their work ethic it was all about getting it done right the first time with careful planning and execution. I'd have those guys back in a heartbeat. As for the product and end result, I'll say it again, quality workmanship. We would definitely recommend Precision!

My technician (Jesse) was the best. I knew when he was on the way to my home, and once he arrived, he explained clearly what he set out to do. He patiently reviewed with me his safety inspection, and he expeditiously performed the necessary repairs. In all, he is a terrific ambassador for Precision Door Service, and because of him, I would call Precision the next time I need service.

Brendan could not have been: more friendly, competent and professional than he was! He is a talented and wonderful rep of your company. He explained everything in detail and did a thorough job of repair -- well worth the money. He also sent, at my request, a list of things which (in an old door) might need replacing -- with the cost, at my request -- in the near future. Great!! I'm so glad I called the national Lift Master number and they gave me your number as their rep in Riverhead, near me. You are in my Book now -- and thanks again! Dennis Regan
