First, it is unusual to have a repair rep. come on a Sunday. Danny arrived early on Sunday. His appearance was neat & clean. His demeanor was friendly and cordial. He was so helpful & knowledgeable with any questions we had. He did not rush while repairing & installing new garage door springs for our very large garage door. I would not hesitate using & recommending this company for whatever garage repairs or purchases would be needed. Danny is a credit to this company!

mike and crew did a great job, but the only complaint I have is that they left the bottom of the garage door with greasy finger prints. It really doesn't bother me, but I just want you to be a were of it for the next costumer. Thanks for a great job.The guys were great too.

Tim looked into the problem, but the problem did not reoccur. The problem was an error message that said excessive opening force detected, error code 4-2 (couldn't find error codes in the Owner's Manual). Thus, Tim couldn't adjust anything due to not knowing what caused the problem. It hasn't reoccurred since Tim was here.

was my first time using your company and it will not be the last, your tech Danny was outstanding explained the entire process checked the door and opener did feel a little stupid when after checking the opener outlet for voltage and than plugging back in the opener worked. I must have plugged and unplugged that 5 times with no results, after that he checked over the entire door operation made a few recommendation with no pressure. I would recommend this company to everyone.
