From the person that answered the phone to the installers all employees were very polite and professional. However, since I did some research on the parts I needed I was absolutely shocked at what I was charged. The work was good but I really don’t think it was a good value. I should’ve gotten an estimate first, my bad. That will never happen again

I was very happy with the job that was done by Brendan Serrano. He was personable and knew what he was doing. My one disappointment was the price of the materials, which I could have bought at Home Depot or Lowe's for a fraction of what I had to pay Precision Door Service. You will probably say that your parts are of a better quality than those that the stores sell but the vast difference in price makes that difficult for me to believe. Although Brendan replaced a couple of springs and cables I didn't think that the bill for $664.79 was a fair amount to charge.

I called Precision Garage Doors at 10:26 AM to set up an appointment for an estimate and/or repair of my garage door. By 1:15 PM, the same day, John and Jessie were in my driveway. Two very polite, professional, and knowledgeable "technicians". They listened to and saw what I needed. More than one estimate was worked up and I had several options. They pointed me in the direction of what was most beneficial and economical to my needs. I would not hesitate calling Precision for repair or installation in the future.

The overall experience was really good. I needed a repair and in the end I ended up buying a new garage door opener and did some other minor up grades. I was given multiple options with no pressure and I selected what I thought was the best choice for me. The Tech Brendan was really good at his profession and added no pressure but just gave the facts. This was the First time using Precision and I would highly recommend using them to anyone.

Brandon was extremely professional and efficient. He kept us up to date by calling us on his arrival time. Even though the make of our door was not compatible to their parts, he reconstructed our set up and it's now working better than before and much safer. We were very happy with the work and would recommend this company again.

By far one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with, from sales to installation.. Michael and Brendan installed my new garage today and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and workmanship.. if you are in the market for a new garage, this is the only place to go to.

So far so good. I was called within about 30 minutes after leaving an inquiry on the website. The young lady who called me was very nice and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find out your people work on Sundays, since I work during the week it’s great to be able get house projects done on the weekend. Tim came by today and helped me get started.
