I was extremely satisfied with how fast the service was. They were at my door in a little over one hour. Mike, the repair technician was very friendly, explained everything to me and my daughter and was extremely proficient. He did a great job! was my first time using your company and it will not be the last, your tech Danny was outstanding explained the entire process checked the door and opener did feel a little stupid when after checking the opener outlet for voltage and than plugging back in the opener worked. I must have plugged and unplugged that 5 times with no results, after that he checked over the entire door operation made a few recommendation with no pressure. I would recommend this company to everyone.
