Many months ago I received a Precision Garage Door Service Coupon in the Valpak. I saved it knowing that one day I would need to repair or replace our automatic garage door opener which was over 20 years old. Unfortunately that day came! Fortunately, I had the coupon and called Precision Garage Door Service on December 23, 2024. The very next day their technician, Ryan Swan, showed up as scheduled even though it was Christmas Eve. He was extremely courteous and professional advising us of the service needed. An itemized written estimate of the cost was presented. We agreed and he continued to perform the replacement service. Ryan was very pleasant and personable even though it was extremely cold that day to work in an unheated garage. We were very pleased with the quality of the product and the professional installation. Ryan is a fine representative of Precision Garage Door Service and we highly recommend them for anyone who may need this type of service. (We also appreciated the Senior Citizen Discount!)

Precision Door thank you for the professional service from the getgo. Your well tuned machine from the initial appointment with Andrew to the installation by Jeff Ried. Thank you for making personal contact with your office easy, as well as the use of texts and emails to expedite the purchase process. Jeff installed both doors solo. He was well prepared, methodical, neat, and very professional throughout the process. Not a speck of debri was left behind. The only items he left in his wake were the sturdy brand new garage doors, which we are very happy with. Absolutely outstanding company! I needed to have a new battery installed in my garage door opener lift machine. I called Precision and they had Jacob and Ryan come by the next day. Both guys are knowledgeable, professional and gave me excellent advice on maintenance and repairs to look out for. I am so impressed with the communication this company provides on what time they are going to arrive too. Definitely recommend this company.

The sales person, Andrew Levy, was very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. The doors and motor arrived ahead of schedule as we requested. Jeff Reid, the installer, was great. He worked hard all day long installing two garage doors and motors. The installation was completed, all options on the motors were explained and the garage was left spotless. Danny the service technician fixed our garage door spring and explained the whole lift master garage door opener to us, I had this garage door and opener installed by another local company and was not pleased with their service so I decided to called Precision and couldn’t be more happier! Rob and Ryan did a great job. Removed and replaced our garage door mechanism in 2 1/2 hours. New system is working well. Removed our old "Wayne Dalton" screw-drive which had worn out and replaced with a Genie system.

Very courteous and professional team, arrived on time, reviewed my system and presented me with recommendations to chose from. I replaced my rollers and pulleys with upgraded sealed bearing units and now the operation is so much smoother and quieter! Also did the old door seals, springs and replaced the outside control panel with a new one. My system is now refurbished and ready for the winter.

I went with Precision because of their great reviews. I was able to get a timely appointment and their communication from first call to completion was excellent. Danny (the installer) was great. He went over all options for the new opener as well as explained about the other moving parts that needed work. He answered all questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. I chose Precision based on the ratings on google. They did not disappoint. After reading the reviews I was hoping to get Dan and fortunately I did. He showed up on time (which in this day in age is surprising and refreshing) he answered all my questions. I thought the price was a bit steep but after having an open and honest conversation with him I felt comfortable with the price (you get what you pay for. He gave me cheaper options and explained I definitely could pay less by going else where but the quality of the product is also inferior to what I would be getting. He did it in a no pressure way, just two guys shooting the ...... which I appreciated.) He installed the motor in a timely manner and answered more of my questions after everything was installed. I appreciated the fact that we have the same philosophy, "Do the job as if it is your own house." Dan was great and I love all the lifetime warranties I get on the motor and LED light.
