David, our technician, was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. Upon his arrival he politely introduced himself, quickly assessed what needed to be accomplished and explained the options available to us. His meticulous work was neat, clean and quick. He also went above and beyond by oiling up parts that needed to operate smoothly going forward. In addition, we appreciated the continual update communications from the company as well as the text with both a picture of David and a brief bio about his work experiences. I went with Precision because of their great reviews. I was able to get a timely appointment and their communication from first call to completion was excellent. Danny (the installer) was great. He went over all options for the new opener as well as explained about the other moving parts that needed work. He answered all questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. Overall great service and I am very happy with the product.

I chose Precision based on the ratings on google. They did not disappoint. After reading the reviews I was hoping to get Dan and fortunately I did. He showed up on time (which in this day in age is surprising and refreshing) he answered all my questions. I thought the price was a bit steep but after having an open and honest conversation with him I felt comfortable with the price (you get what you pay for. He gave me cheaper options and explained I definitely could pay less by going else where but the quality of the product is also inferior to what I would be getting. He did it in a no pressure way, just two guys shooting the ...... which I appreciated.) He installed the motor in a timely manner and answered more of my questions after everything was installed. I appreciated the fact that we have the same philosophy, "Do the job as if it is your own house." Dan was great and I love all the lifetime warranties I get on the motor and LED light. Good Job! Prompt Sunday morning service. Pointed out where All Island Garage messed up and cut corners. They left a wire loose to the point where it was torn apart when the door closed by not putting the wire in a protective sheath.

I met Danny Salas two weeks ago when he was repairing a neighbors Garage Door Opener. He gave me his card and we briefly discussed what I needed. My appointment was today and Danny replaced my Garage Door with the exact unit I wanted, reviewed my entire system, provided me with detailed recommendations which I appreciated, performed the work, thoroughly explained the operation and assisted me in getting my cars programmed. Awesome professional service, neat clean and took away all the old parts. Highly recommended!!!

I opened my door to the garage this morning and found a spring attached to the opener hanging down where it should not have been. I went to the internet and found Precision Overhead Garage door Service. Looking over the comments and guarantees I gave them a call. It was 6:30 in the morning and while I was able to book an appointment online, I needed to speak to someone so I’d feel more secure! A nice man answered and I booked an appointment for later in the day. Although the service person was held up, I received a call informing me he would be later than expected, which I so appreciated! Then he called later to let me know he was on his way! When he arrived he was so nice, cordial and personable while remaining completely professional! He gave me three options after accessing my issue, explained each one and gave me costs for each. After choosing my plan, he set to work and was finished in about half an hour! His work was completed and perfect! He tested everything, applied lubricant and made sure all was well! He solved my problem and explained everything I needed to know and adjusted the pull string to keep me safe! I am extremely happy, not only with the service, but with the complete professionalism, kindness and caring this man showed me! I will never call anyone else if I have any issues with my garage door opener, and you shouldn’t either Five Stars!!!

Great company. Fast prompt service. The technician, Andrew, was so thorough and honest. He did recommend a tune up which I declined at this time due to finances. He didn’t try to pressure me and even waived the service fee which I really appreciate and because of that I will schedule that maintenance when I am able. This is the 2nd time I have dealt with Precision and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family

Danny Salas from Precision Doors installed 2 Liftmaster garage door openers on April 11th, 2024, replacing the garage door openers that were installed the previous day by a technician from another company who was totally inexperienced. I wish I could give Danny 10 stars because he most definitely deserves far more than 5! He was extremely polite, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He completed every task with ease and efficiency, tasks the other company said could not be done. Although somewhat pricey, you get what you pay for and I could not be more pleased with the work that was performed by Danny. I would most definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors as they are by far one of the best home service companies I have ever worked with. When you want exceptional quality and service, call Precision!

Hello my name is Thomas,,I called to get my door repaired,,I had another company do it in 2008,and it was installed incorrectly and Shane redid everything that was wrong,,and reinstalled all the correct parts and a new door opener,, my door never closed properly but Shane got it right!!
