As expected Danny Was on time and ready to rock and roll. But there was nothing to fix because the issue turned out to be user error. Our boiler guy manually unlocked the door and it would not able to close mechanically.

Scheduling on line was easy. I was informed of tech travel time and photo and background before he ever arrived. Spoke to Danny on the phone. When he arrived he was courteous, professional, neat, quick. He explained everything before I decided which option was best for me. He did not upsell. He took the time to go over the keypad, remote, buttons, lights, and phone up. He gave me options for future repairs if I wanted. He told me that my last repair company used the wrong size springs. Only thing not happy about is cost was way over what is suggested on multiple home repair websites for residential installation. Danny was 5 stars

WE MOST TRULY LOVE OUR NEW GARAGE DOOR. THE INSTALLER JEFF RIED WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE CALLED US AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY ON TIME. My experience with precision was flawless from beginning to end. The lady who received my phone call, was polite efficient and asked the right questions. She told me when the repair person, Jonah, would arrive, and he phoned in advance and arrived as scheduled. He reviewed the garage door system, and made some suggestions to which I agreed. He installed new motor and rehaul of cables. I am quite pleased with scission, and am happy to give recommendation. Should any of my neighbors wish to employ you.

Hello my name is Thomas,,I called to get my door repaired,,I had another company do it in 2008,and it was installed incorrectly and Shane redid everything that was wrong,,and reinstalled all the correct parts and a new door opener,, my door never closed properly but Shane got it right!! Great job!! Highly recommended!! I would definitely use them again!!!!
