My experience with precision was flawless from beginning to end. The lady who received my phone call, was polite efficient and asked the right questions. She told me when the repair person, Jonah, would arrive, and he phoned in advance and arrived as scheduled. He reviewed the garage door system, and made some suggestions to which I agreed. He installed new motor and rehaul of cables. I am quite pleased with scission, and am happy to give recommendation. Should any of my neighbors wish to employ you.

Jonah the Tech was fantastic. He inspected the damage and immediately knew what was needed. He had a company identified truck, which had all the tools and parts needed to fix the job. The fact that they are A+ rated by the BBB helped make the decision to call them, as well as their offer for a senior discount. From the phone call to set up an appointment, to Shane servicing my garage door, the entire experience was great. The appointment was confirmed by email and Shane called a half hour before arriving. He was respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. And...my garage door never worked so well, even when new!

I called Precision on Sunday 7/30/23 at 12 noon to give an estimate and fix my garage. I had a a technician at my home by 3 o'clock that day. Danny S. Was knowledgeable and explained the different options. He was curious and fixed our garage repairs the same day. Which included new cables,rollers, opener and key pad installation.
