We had Ryan S come to give us an estimate at my Dad’s house for 2 garage door openers. My father is having some health issues. He displayed such professionalism, patience and kindness to myself and my father. His work was neat, and immaculate. He was helpful from start to finish. Ryan and his partner showed up right when they said they would. They were curtious and professional. Ryan inspected my whole set up and recommended what needed to be replaced immediately and what could be done to increase the longevity of my set up. No pressure to replace anything that didn’t need to be replaced. Once I decided what I wanted to replace they got right to work and had my garage door operational within an hour. Over all great experience would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their garage. They’re very knowledgeable and don’t pressure you into anything you don’t need/want.

My experience with Precision Garage Door Company was nothing short of 5 Star! The salesperson Andrew, was very helpful and patient. He spent a good amount of time showing me different options and pictures of different style doors. Pricing was competitive and installation was scheduled in a timely manner. On the day of installation, the technicians, Greg and Jeff called to say they were on their way, and arrived promptly. They were both polite and knowledgeable. They took their time to make sure the job was done correctly and my garage door looks great. I highly recommend Precision!

Had Danny Salas as teck rep on a service call, did repair and after some questions we decided to get a new door. A great person. Door came in quicker than anticipated. Had Brian Meinsen and Tyree M. install the door. All three reps were thorough, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The installers were neat and cleaned up after the installation. Precision door service provided all the necessary paper work foe my HOA and all went smooth. A great company.

My garage door opener broke and I had no springs hooked up to the door any longer. Called and they showed up within a few hours. Installed new springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers. Door works perfectly now and due to the strain relief on the opener unit it was able to function again as well.
