My garage door opener had died and my garage door was older so it was time for an upgrade. I received my coupon package in the mail and saw an advertisement for precision. And decided to give them a call and have them come out and they were timely and professional and explained everything completely. Their pricing was great, so I booked on the spot. They came a week later and installed my brand new garage door and opener within an hour and a half. They were professional, timely, neat. They explained everything to me. I am super happy with my new garage door and opener, and I would recommend them to other others. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Precision Garage Door was highly recommended by a friend. Everyone I have spoken to is very friendly and helpful, which I really appreciate as a senior! They respond timely, are very knowledgable and professional, and very patient explaining choices & procedures. Their work is meticulous and they clean up after themselves, so I could just enjoy my new purchase! That goes for when they installed the door several years ago and when I recently had them add an inside lock on the door. I found out that when the power goes out, the door can be opened by pushing it up from the outside. So if you don't have a backup power source, consider adding that to your purchase. Much thanks and appreciation to all their employees!

My garage door opener broke and I had no springs hooked up to the door any longer. Called and they showed up within a few hours. Installed new springs, pulleys, cables, and rollers. Door works perfectly now and due to the strain relief on the opener unit it was able to function again as well.

Ryan and his partner showed up right when they said they would. They were curtious and professional. Ryan inspected my whole set up and recommended what needed to be replaced immediately and what could be done to increase the longevity of my set up. No pressure to replace anything that didn’t need to be replaced. Once I decided what I wanted to replace they got right to work and had my garage door operational within an hour. Over all great experience would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their garage. They’re very knowledgeable and don’t pressure you into anything you don’t need/want.

My experience with Precision Garage Door Company was nothing short of 5 Star! The salesperson Andrew, was very helpful and patient. He spent a good amount of time showing me different options and pictures of different style doors. Pricing was competitive and installation was scheduled in a timely manner. On the day of installation, the technicians, Greg and Jeff called to say they were on their way, and arrived promptly. They were both polite and knowledgeable. They took their time to make sure the job was done correctly and my garage door looks great. I highly recommend Precision!
