Your company rebuilt my garage door system installing updated safety features and did a wonderful job. When I had this new problem, my fault not yours, I called your company. The tech, Danny, fixed it asap and took the time to install the myQ app on my cell phone. Definitely feel more secure when leaving home. Would not hesitate in using your company. You sent notices as to my appointment, informed me as to when Danny would arrive and he called to let me know where he was and when he would be arriving. Wonderful service!

Very professional company - gave a courtesy call about an hour before my technician Danny was to arrive and let me know he was on his way - Danny thoroughly examined my door and explained what was wrong and showed me what he could do to fix it. An absolute great experience from start to finish. Needed my garage door fixed and decided to give them a call. I set up an appointment for Saturday morning. 30 minutes later I got a call back saying a technician would be in the area and could stop by later in the day. The company kept me up to date on the status of the technician and the time frame when he would arrive. The tech Robert W called me when he was on his way. Upon arrival Robert diagnosed the issue and gave me a complete run down of things that needed an immediate fix and other things that could wait. Robert then broke down what each repair would entail and what parts would be used. He then presented me with three price options and explained each one. After choosing my option Robert quickly fixed the issues and the garage door was like new again. From making the appointment with the main office to the tech completing the job you can tell the company and it’s workers value thier work and customers. Precision is a notch company with top notch customer service and work. I would highly recommend them to anyone with garage door needs.

I chose to hire this company because I needed help right away, and they were able to schedule an appointment the next morning. They are very friendly, and helpful both over the phone, and in person. My technician keep me informed when he would arrive, and gave me very reasonable estimate for the cost of the job. Extremely impressed with Precision Door Service. Really one of the better experiences I've had dealing with any company from a customer service standpoint. Easy appointment setting, great communication, Rob our experienced technician arrived on time and quickly replaced our old and installed 2 new garage door openers. Job was done well and they work perfectly. Installation pricing was very fair as well. We're considering new doors perhaps next Spring and now we know there's no place else to look - as we're very happy with the service we received! Highly recommended!
