Ryan, my engineer did an excellent job, great customer service that started with him calling as arranged prior to arrival, showing up on time, he quickly talked me through the plan of action the checks he would do to diagnose the problem. Once completed Ryan walked me through the assessment of the problem gave me various options and costs to suit my needs and then fixed it then and there. I just used Precision for the first time. From the initial phone call to schedule a repair, to the actual repair that was completed, I have nothing but good things to say. Good Morning, I had an awesome experience with the Tech, Marlon. He was very informative about having a safe garage. I did advised him that I was ditching the garage next month but he wanted to make sure that parts that was rusted, springs and cables which maneuvers the garage was in good working order. Marlon was polite, professional and his uniform was neat and clean. Overall, his presentation if the scoring system was from 1-10, he was a perfect 10. Wonderful employee to have on your team. Oh I forgot to tip him so I will stop in to your office. Because of the great service, I will be buying my new garage door from your company

I called on a Thursday and got an appointment for the following Saturday morning. The phone operator was professional and courteous. I got texts alerting me about my appointment time the day before and the day of. I also got a text telling me that my technician was on his way(early in the window of appt. time). The text also included a brief bio of my technician! My technician was John-Aaron. He was on time, professionally dressed, clean and neat. His truck was also clean and organized. John-Aaron was also professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and gave me several options to work within my budget, even calling his boss to get permission. His boss and he were able to provide more than I expected at the right price. Once that was settled, John-Aaron got to work. He was quick and efficient, and an excellent communicator about everything he was doing. I had never heard of Precision Door but now I won’t call anyone else in the future.

My garage door needed some general maintenance and new parts. Precision confirmed appointment by text/email and followed up that morning to confirm time. Tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Marlon was professional, courteous and explained what services he could provide and made suggestions as to what would make the door easier and less squeaky. I got new cabling, lock and rollers and the service took about an hour a half. I am very pleased from start to finish with the services provided by Precision and will definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly.
