I thought I left a review the day I had my service. Danny Salas , the tech, was courteous and respectful. He did the job well in changing my codes and giving me another remote as a backup. Precision installed our Electric Garage opener and were very professional. This is the only company I will call when I need something connected to the garage.

Called for service in the afternoon and the serviceman showed up the next morning at 9:00a.m. Service was completed within one hour and garage door opener is working once again. New opener was installed in Feb 2020, hopefully there will be no other problems, but its nice to see the service is prompt if needed.

The first person I met who came to make suggestions as to how to solve the problem with the garage door was very professional and was able to answer all my questions and give me several alternatives. The men who later installed the new door were also very professional and stayed until I was able to operate the door before they left. In each case the workmen came on time and a text was sent by the office with their photos and names. I am very satisfied and would recommend this company

The service was fantastic I called at 12:16 in the afternoon and my door was fixed before 2pm the same day. The technician was on time. Explained my options and then proceeded to get to work. The door was repaired in about 45 minutes.

Francisco is very well versed in the technology of garage door refurbishing and installation. Mr. Francisco provided a succinct and informative review of the of garage doors, insulated vs. non-insulated. Mr. Francisco did not rush the job and clearly explained the process and pointed out the sections of the garage door that he had modified or repaired. Mr. Francisco gets a 5 out of five star rating but clearly he deserves a much higher rating. Thank you for servicing my garage door needs.

Francisco Taveras is a credit to your company. Based on prior experience I had thought that my safety sensors on my garage door had malfunctioned. Francisco took the time to check the sensors but also checked the entire system. He quickly realized that my old garage door cables, rollers etc were resisting the motors attempts to close the door. His repairs to correct the situation worked very well and I am completely satisfied with the work. Also I would commend Francisco’s manner and disposition. He was very patient and took the time to explain every aspect of the repair.

Was very happy with the repair of my garage door. I was able to get a same day appointment, which was really nice. Francisco, the technician who came for the repair, was excellent. He was very professional and very nice. He explained exactly what the problem was, how he would fix it, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He was quick and cleaned everything up when he was done. Great service! Would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.
