The installers Isaac and Greg did a great job. The service from Precision Doors was very good. I guess it took a little longer to get the door from the manufacturer due to the current pandemic situation, but overall I am very satisfied.

My garage door needed some general maintenance and new parts. Precision confirmed appointment by text/email and followed up that morning to confirm time. Tech called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Marlon was professional, courteous and explained what services he could provide and made suggestions as to what would make the door easier and less squeaky. I got new cabling, lock and rollers and the service took about an hour a half. I am very pleased from start to finish with the services provided by Precision and will definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly.
