Your workers were beyond courteous & professional. They were great! Your company on the other hand... leaves much to be desired. They been back to my house 3x for a garage door that is under a year old. Scheduling was horrrendous. They say between 12-2, then send confirmation email saying 2 & up to 4 hrs after! Had to reschedule first appt. due to fact weren’t at house by 2. Second appt. didn’t get there until 2:15, again not workers fault, scheduling department (I figured since they screwed up 1st appt., maybe they would put me first or at least make sure to get to my home before 2... nope). Screws on my less than year old door are rusty, all 12. If I waited any longer would be rust marks all down front of it. Flat piece behind handle is warped, cheap material (plastic on $2k door). Unbelievable! Again people in customer service were very nice and professional, just cheap material and scheduling just a mess. Don’t know how this business stays open.

The service was fantastic! Called the office at 9-45,given a window of 10am to 4pm,but within 10 minutes got a call from Tim,to see if he could come in a few minutes....He came over right away,gave me all the necessary info on fixing the lock and the rubber seal on the bottom of the door ,,45 minutes later it’s all done,and the price was ok too!..Tim was a lovely young man,and I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone with garage door problems ...

The technician Francisco Taveras was able to determine the problem, correct it with the appropriate parts and get the door functioning. He was extremely polite, respectful and considerate of the situation with an elderly parent. I was able to deal with Francisco by phone to attend to the problem without my being there at the house. Today I went to my dad's home and examined the repairs that was performed - I was pleased with the quality of the work and outcome. Available to respond 24 seven to call. Very professional service and knowledgeable tech. In addition another Tech came by to help speed up the job. Spent more than I expected but very professional and good recommendation on fixing not only problem but future by replacing most equipment. Pointed out that there was a myriad combination of replacement parts being used and Decided best course of action to replace all at same time. Both techs respectful and pleasant/ knowledgeable. Definitely highly recommend. Purchased many replacement parts/ opener/ cables/ rollers/ remotes/keypad/ springs complete overhaul.
