This was a requested follow up visit to “tweek” several components on a garage door I bought in 2024. From the time I place the call to schedule an appointment to the time the technician arrived only 2 hours had elapsed. I was kept informed by email and text as to the status of the scheduled visit. George Albert showed up right on time and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem. I was very pleased with the whole process.

I did a search on line for garage door repairs and found Precision Garage Door Services. I booked the appointment online and to my surprise I got an appointment for the next day. I received a text and a call from John F. that he was on his way. I also got an email so I could track him driving to my home. I also read the bio on John F. so I felt like I knew him when he arrived. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done. He preformed his job like a professional.

Your service professional arrived within the scheduled time & I received a text message that he was on his way. Within 10 minutes he was here. Shane was a very nice gentleman and explained every aspect of replacing the garage motor. We wanted one that had a battery backup and Shane was very detailed on explaining the Lift Master model. This is the second time I've had an experience with Precision. The 1st was to rebuild the door with new rollers and return springs. Today's was to attach an automatic door opener. A complete pleasurable experience. He worked clean, smart, and efficiently!

Our garage door opened up twice during the night on its own. We called Precision Garage Door Service and Shane Fazal came promptly to our house. Precision Tech Shane Fazal was on time. Very courteous, cooperative and knowlable. Even though I had called Precision for servicing my old garage door opener but instead endup replacing my both garage door openers. Precision prices seemed a bit high but since I was dealing with a company longtime in business, peace of mind was very important to me! After installation was complete, Shane helped programmed our cars for remote opening. We could not ask for more. Shane... keep up the good work...

The service we received from John was perfect. Very professional. I'm glad we decided to purchase our garage door from Precision 7 years ago. On this service call the tension wire that snapped was replaced along with the two spings, The parts we're included with the wareany, but not the labor ( a little Pricey on the cost of labor ) but the job got done.

Service was great! Nick our tech was so nice. He came on time , looked at what was wrong with the door , and wrote up the estimate. I gave the thumbs up and he went right to work. I called in the morning because my two car garage door opener stopped working. The young lady who answered my call was courteous and set up an appointment in the early afternoon. At 12:30, after calling to say he was on the way, the service man, George, arrived. He quickly discovered the reason for the problem and even showed me a picture of where gears had been stripped on my 2003 opener. He priced a replacement for me. I asked when he would come back to do the work. To my amazement, he said he could do it right then. He completed the job in about an hour and a half. Very satisfied with George and Precision.

I had a long running issue with the garage safety sensors, whereby the garage door would never close, even in indirect sunlight. We tried various shields but to no avail. Finally we booked an appointment with Precision and they were able to get us an appointment on the same day! While waiting for the appointment George was in constant contact to inform us of his arrival time and when he would complete his prior job. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem and suggested a few solutions including some additional fixes which we saw would be necessary in the near future. He provided us 4 quotes with various options and once we selected one, he was able to work on the garage and complete the task in very efficient time. I was finally able to test the fix today while it was sunny and the garage door is finally working as expected, after over a year of hassle. Thank you to Rob, George and Precision! Julian N

My experiance with Precision was totally positive. From the person who answered my call, I wish I could remember her name, she was very pleasant, to the scheduling my appointment, to the follow up communications..they said they would be there between 8-12 and would call before. Nick called said he was on his way and arrived on time. He reviewed my door, gave me some options, no hard sell. Nick was top notch, knowledgeable and super friendly. After he completed the job, he went over how to operate, he was not looking to run out of here..... from start to finish a pleasure
