I called the office number to get a general idea of how much the service was going to cost. The gentleman I spoke to gave me a range over the phone. I book my appointment and the bill was more than double what the range was given to me over the phone. The tech was on time. He was missing some pieces on his truck so he made due with what he had on hand at the time. The most appalling part of the whole visit was the 3 quotes he gave me on his tablet. I just wanted my garage door to work again. I had already took the day off of work so the work could be done but I certainly would think twice about using this company again.

Another very good experience with Precision. Attempts by phone to schedule were not so successful. The online scheduling worked much better. Good text contact to remind of upcoming appointment.... Technician George (second time at our house) was on time. Extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. Explained everything very well.... And of course made the repairs without issue. He is a credit to the Company.... Took away a start because it felt like we spent an awful lot on what was the second repair in less than two years...
