This is the second time I have used your service. In 2020 I had you replace the torque spring to my garage door. The job was done perfectly and the tech. was terrific. This past job was to fix my wife's door opener which ultimately required the whodunit to be replaced. The tech (Louise) was great. He explained all my options and then proceeded to carry out the replacement, quickly and efficiently. What a pleasure dealing with the employees of Precision.Thank you

George was great!! Arrived when I was told he’d come. I felt like such a fool when he pointed out the problem. He assured me I shouldn’t feel this way. He explained what to do should this happen again. He was very patient and understanding. I was completely shocked when I wasn’t charged for a service call being we are customers with them. I highly recommend Precision - even when they installed our new unit they were fantastic. You won’t be disappointed.

Precision was able to come within two business days and had lots of time slot options. I was updated about the arrival time for techs that day . The techs were professional and explained the problem and both the short term solution (fix) and what was needed long term to prevent the problem . They provided costs . The techs were courteous, knowledgeable and professional . I plan to call them in a few weeks to redo rollers on both doors .

I am very happy with my choice to use Precision Garage Door. The appointment process was easy and I was able to get an appointment quickly. My technician was Shane Fazal. He is an asset to Precision Garage Door. He was easy to do business with and he made valuable suggestions that helped in my decision making. I recommend Precision Garage Door, and you are lucky if you get Shane as your technician. My repairs were June 11, 2023.

I am a first-time customer of Precision Door, and I am very impressed with the company. My garage door opener was not working properly and after viewing Precision's youtube video, I was not able to fix it. I called the company's Plainview location and the woman on the phone was very courteous and helpful. She said she could have a repairman at my house that day, and he would arrive between 12 and 4 PM. He arrived just after 12 noon after notifying me that he was on his way. Lewis Rodriguez was very courteous and helpful as well. He explained that he would trouble-shoot the problem, and after doing so gave me 4 options. I chose the least expensive and he overhauled the existing door opener, which works just fine now. Lewis is a highly skilled and efficient worker. I am considering new garage doors for my vacation home and will definitely contact Precision Doors when I am ready.

After searching the web for a garage door repair company decided to go with Precision Overhead Garage Door. Loved the fact that I was able to book an appointment conveniently on their website. Also loved that I received both a text and a phone call with arrival time of technicians. Technicians Shane and Rocco were polite and courteous. Provided a thorough quote with options. Did not feel pressured and they worked with me to perform the services I wanted done. Shane and Rocco did an outstanding job replacing my broken torsion springs and getting my garage door working again. I am very satisfied with the overall service provided. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door and would use them again in the future.

Technicians, George and Isaac were excellent. My door issues were fixed in a timely manner. George took his time to explain how the use the equipment and how to avoid unnecessary problems. My service person was Shane. He was a very nice and professional young man. He clearly explained what was wrong with my garage door and my options. He explained the price of each service, and which were immediate and which were advisable. He made sure everything was correctly fixed and the door was in good working order before he left. They provided timely updates on when and who would be my repair/installer. The service was outstanding. George Albert was the installer and he provided very professional and courteous service. George showed me all options of garage door openers available along with the features each came with. This allowed me to make an informed decision. George then took the time to show me how to operate and use the features of the new opener along with the mobile app functions.
