A year ago Danny from Precision Door installed my new Lift Master Garage Door opener. He was at my home again today exactly one year to the day of my installation to help correct an issue with the opener. Danny has the perfect helpful personality you hope for. He is extremely energetic, time efficient, friendly with great problem solving skills. Precision Door is a very well oiled machine with very good customer service and notifications. I highly recommend them for your garage door needs. The issue that required them to come out for was not with installation of the unit but the Lift Master Unit itself. My door opener decided to arbitrarily to open my garage door by itself 3 times in four days. Each time in the early evening to early morning hours resulting in raccoons getting into my garage and recking havoc each time. The last occurrence was at 4 am. Reading reviews on Lift Master units this problem is not unique to my unit. I am glad Danny talked me into getting an extended warrantee when the unit was first purchased. Danny reset the unit and all remotes to hopefully circumvent the problem I was experiencing. Lift Master units are great when they work properly, but their circuitry design and hardware are awful. The unit that was installed a year ago replaced a Lift Master unit put in by another company 6 years prior. That unit kept on frying its circuit board would only allow you to open the door and not close it with the remote. So in short Danny & Precision Door gets 5 Stars, Lift Master gets only 1 Star.

I received an email confirmation and the technician called the following day to let me know he was on his way and will be there in 40 minutes. He showed up on time, in a collared shirt, and explained all of the services he was going to perform.
