Your installer, Danny Salas, did a wonderful job analyzing our problem with a garage door opener that was installed by a different company. He adjusted the door itself and then had to replace the opener. We now have our fifth opener and it has been working quietly and without any issues. This company runs like a well oiled machine. My appointment was scheduled the day after my initial call. I received an email confirmation and the technician called the following day to let me know he was on his way and will be there in 40 minutes. He showed up on time, in a collared shirt, and explained all of the services he was going to perform. The technician fixed my garage door opener, charged a fair price, and left a very satisfied customer in his wake.
