10-7-2025 I had to replace my 22 year old Precision Garage door motor PDS-4600 with a Lift Master 8450R Secure view. My Technician Nicholas Urena was exceptionally Courteous he explained all the options carefully and allowed me to determine what fit my budget the best. My 15 year old Sears Craftmen garage door opener had finally run its course. Nick came and advised it best to replace the unit with a new Geni model. Evidently the one part on the Sears product failed and was no longer available. Whether it was or not I thought it best to replace the entire unit. Nick accomplished the install in a few hours and did a great job. Happy to know that it has a 15 year warranty. Nick was knowledge and had a very focused friendly attitude. Thank You, Don Brown

Service was great! Nick our tech was so nice. He came on time , looked at what was wrong with the door , and wrote up the estimate. I gave the thumbs up and he went right to work. Showed me everything he replaced and made sure it worked properly. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing a new garage door or repair. The appointment was scheduled within one day, and for a Saturday. The technician arrived on time. He was knowledgeable, fixed the problem with our remote garage door openers on our cars and wall, and did not try to sell us unnecessary services. We appreciated his demeanor and professionalism. The price was fair.

Nicholas Urena from Precision Garage Doors was great and exceeded my expectations. I called the company around noon and they arrived 3.5 hours later, same day. He helped me change my garage codes, a task that another garage door company could not accomplish. He also closely assessed the motor and the wiring, explaining the aspects that may become an issue in the near future. He provided multiple estimates for several areas I beleived might also need work. Nicholas was kind with a great personality. I felt very comfortable having him at the house and would call to request him in the future. Also, I found the prices to be extremely reasonable in comparison to other companies. Great experience. I am a forever customer.
