I first used Precision in 2017 and they were great. Today, I had another tech (Nick) visit the house. He was extremely professional. He called prior to coming and let me know his eta. Our garage door system was over 20 years old. It was in definite need of an overhaul. Our technician, Nick, came within hours of our calling, and did a complete overhaul of our garage door system, replacing springs, rollers, pulleys, etc., and added safety lines. Everything now is working like new.

Our garage door keypad was not working and the door just wouldn't operate, so we contacted Precision Garage Door Service, as they installed our keypad. Nick arrived and it turned out to be a minor problem, as he had to just reprogram our keypad. For the cost of doing that, we decided to go with a new keypad as the cost was just $10 more. Nick also checked our entire system to see if anything else needed fixing. We were good, and I found Nick to be very honest and upfront. They are a good company, and they come when you call them. You do not have to wait over a week for them to come to your home.

When my garage door wouldn't go up, I was able to get an appointment the same day. The service tech, Nick, arrived within the time frame promised, quickly diagnosed the problem and got right to work. Unfortunately, the opener had to be replaced, but Nick worked quickly and efficiently, completing the job in about 2 hours. He was courteous and professional with a very pleasant demeanor. He didn't leave until everything was completed and demonstrated. It was a pleasure having him in our home. My expectations were exceeded. My 15 year old Sears Craftmen garage door opener had finally run its course. Nick came and advised it best to replace the unit with a new Geni model. Evidently the one part on the Sears product failed and was no longer available. Whether it was or not I thought it best to replace the entire unit.
