My 15 year old Sears Craftmen garage door opener had finally run its course. Nick came and advised it best to replace the unit with a new Geni model. Evidently the one part on the Sears product failed and was no longer available. Whether it was or not I thought it best to replace the entire unit. Nick accomplished the install in a few hours and did a great job. Happy to know that it has a 15 year warranty. Nick was knowledge and had a very focused friendly attitude. Thank You, Don Brown
