Your technician, Robert Weber, was courteous, professional, and personable. He installed a new keypad and answered all my questions. He also gave me information about purchasing a new unit, which I’m thinking of doing in the near future. I really liked reading his bio before he arrived. It made me feel like I already knew something about him and he wasn’t a complete stranger. This service surpassed my expectations. Way to go Precision!

We purchased a beautifully made new garage door from Precision in 2022. We damaged the door recently by accident, and Precision repaired it back to original quickly, expertly and for very reasonable cost. I can highly recommend these professionals

Precision Door Service arrived within 90 minutes of my request. My technician, Mr. Weber, was a true professional (courteous, calm, knowledgeable, coordinated, thorough). I wholeheartedly agree with all the 5 star reviews I read with respect to Precision’s abilities. I am totally satisfied concerning my decision to put Precision on the top of my “To Call” list. Robert was great. He showed up at the beginning of the time slot, was very courteous explaining my options for service. He did a great job leaving it in better condition then before the spring broke. I will recommend this company to family and friends.

Precision Doors Riverhead was very responsive to my phone message left over a Holiday Weekend to established a time and date and actually came when indicated. Robert Weber was the technician who examined the situation and thought he could repair the panel without having to replace the entire door, saving me $2300. Money I do not have especially after the Holidays which are full of birthdays and presents. He was successful and at the same time installed an exterior key panel so my grandchildren can open the door from the outside. I was a little dubious about dealing with a franchise instead of a local installer, but since the local installer never called back, I am very thankful for Precision and would recommend them highly.

Liz made arrangements for my garage door opener to be serviced within 48 hours. Robert called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He was courteous, helpful, and professional in his attitude. He took the time to explain the issues and showed photos of the damaged items. He had all of the items needed to fix the problem. After completing the repairs, he took the time to explain the ways in which the remote worked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who needed to purchase an overhead garage door or to have one repaired. Thank you for your excellent service.

First I have to thank Israel Hixon for his patience, ability, and manners dealing with my faulty garage door opener. I highly recommend him in particular as he represents the best of Precision Door. I would choose this company again based on Israel alone. I also like this company because of their 24/7 call center and next day service.
