I was so pleasantly surprised by the ease of making an appointment for a repair. The customer service representative was able to quickly schedule a day and time that worked well for me. The state of the art messaging system that kept me aware of the technician’s arrival time, his name and picture so I knew who would be helping me, and a live map showing his location in proximity to my house was so helpful. The technician, Robert W, was professional, super personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and communicated that problem and how he was going to fix it in terms I understood. He made the appropriate repairs and had me open and close the door a few times to make sure all was good and that I was satisfied with how it was working.

Rob came yesterday as our garage door made a hugh noise when shutting down and some wires were loose. He came as soon as we expected and knew exactly the problem and we gave us two options for the fix. He was so pleasant and knowledgable. I called late Saturday afternoon and spoke to a real person. She gave an appointment for Monday that was convenient for me. Very pleasant young lady! Bob came right on time Monday to repair our garage door and called 30 min. before arriving. He assessed the problem and gave us three repair opinions to choose from and the prices for each. This was one of the best customer service experience I’ve had in years! Called Precision due to their great reviews, as our garage door had stopped working. I was shocked that I was able to not only get a same day appointment but also that our technician, Rob, was there within 90 minutes of my call. From there, he diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a reasonable quote and repaired the door in a half hour. And he couldn’t have been a nicer guy! We’ve been wanting to ultimately replace the door, and I’ve already hired them to do that . Highly recommend this company! I’m not used to this level of service from any company, especially during these last two pandemic years.

My spring and cable broke on my automatic garage door late on a Saturday. I called Precision and they scheduled me for the next morning(Sunday) between 10am - 2pm. I got a text and email alerts acknowledging the appointment. Sunday I got a text a 930 am that he was on the way with tracking that I could see where he was. Robert arrived right at 10am. I explained what happened and he inspected my whole door system and came up with a few options. He took pictures of all the damaged parts and explained what happened and what caused it. Some of the parts were undersized making it strain more than usual causing it to prematurely wear out. Plus It was 15 years old and had reached its life expectancy. He inspected my motor also and said it was good and was a relatively newer model which was replaced by the previous owner 5-6 years ago. I opted for replacing both side springs, cables, pulleys. Basically all the working mechanisms to both tracks that allow the door (2 car garage door, heavy) to operate. The price was fair. Robert was top notch. Polite, professional, knowledgeable. I agreed to the job which he said would take about an hour. He finished in the amount of time he said he would. They sent me a quote electronically which I signed off on and everything about this whole experience was seamless and easy. I would highly recommend Precision and especially Robert the technician who did the job.
