We had Ryan S come to give us an estimate at my Dad’s house for 2 garage door openers. My father is having some health issues. He displayed such professionalism, patience and kindness to myself and my father. His work was neat, and immaculate. He was helpful from start to finish. The service appointment and communication before and after the appointment were excellent. The $150 trip visit and $299 minimum service charge for a fix that required straightening a bolt seems excessive.

Ryan and his partner showed up right when they said they would. They were curtious and professional. Ryan inspected my whole set up and recommended what needed to be replaced immediately and what could be done to increase the longevity of my set up. No pressure to replace anything that didn’t need to be replaced. Once I decided what I wanted to replace they got right to work and had my garage door operational within an hour. Over all great experience would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their garage. They’re very knowledgeable and don’t pressure you into anything you don’t need/want.
