My garage door stopped operating during a major snowstorm. I called Precision because of their excellent reviews and an A+ rating from BBB. I was able to speak to a live person who was extremely nice and helpful. I got an appointment for the following morning. Hunter and Dave arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem. They quoted me a reasonable price. They replaced an outdated garage opener, remotes, and assembly parts. Everything was explained and all my questions fully answered. I can not say enough good things about Hunter and Dave. I will definitely recommend Precision to others.

I watch channel 12 news every morning while getting ready for work. I noticed the garage door commercial lately. I called to have them assess and fix my garage door and they did a wonderful job explaining what needed to be done. My technician, Danny, was an exceptional talent!
