I was impressed on many levels - first upon my swift appointment date. Then when I got the conformation email, I could not believe that all the photos of the service men were right there so I could see who was actually coming. John and Rob called to tell me when they would be here (even before my scheduled window). They arrived and were very very courteous and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more pleased and I most certainly give the repairmen and Precision door a 5 star rating!

The day of the appointment John and Rob called twice to confirm the location and when they arrived they promptly explained my options and proceeded to make the repairs of my choice . When it's time for new garage doors this will be the company I call.

Precision arrived on time to evaluate my broken garage opener. The unit was old and Hunter, the tech gave me options to fix the problem or get a new unit. No pressure but the unit was old, worn parts and not in compliance with safety standards. After discussion, I went for a new unit. After installation, Hunter told us how to work it, very easy. Very good service and give Hunter a raise!!!

Danny called me to let me know he was on his way. I totally appreciated that so could plan my time accordingly. He and Roberto were friendly and professional. After a total diagnostic of my broken garage door , Danny showed me the two options I had to get the door working again. It was 12 years old and while I could have chosen to just get it working again with a couple of parts, I opted to refurbish all that was broken and old, actually on Danny and Roberto's advice, with a 10 year warranty. The motor was fine, and the door also, so, we just replaced the springs, cables (adding a needed safety cable) and all the moving parts. The spring I had originally, Danny discovered was never gauged for the size double size door I had, a miracle it lasted so long. LOL Amazed the door now runs so smoothly and quiet!! Who knew? My cats no longer run when I open or close the door. haha I'm certain it will last at the very least 10 years! So, in conclusion, I would highly recommend this company! I did't shop around for the best price, just the most professional company, but I feel I got what I payed for and more! It was a fair price to pay for the parts and fine expert job.

i needed estimates for a new garage door, standard, no fuss. i had a representative from the company show me my choices, didn't try to "sell me on anything more expensive". i got a written estimate AND used a coupon that you can find in your mailers, did the home depot Lowes calls but they have to got to store etc, this gentleman came to US at OUR convenience, and door was installed looks soo nice, (now i cant believed how i lived with the old one. Their give you 2hr window and call when on their way. from making the appt to job completion was ONLY the best...professional , courteous and dependable.
