It was very easy to schedule an appointment. The person who answered the phone was very helpful and easy to understand. John, your employee , arrived as promised. He very clearly explained the possible ways to do the repairs and carefully noted the different costs. After I chose the type of repair he did the work, explained what he had done,and showed how the door was working easily. He cleaned up and went on his way. I am completely satisfied with the repair work and I was very impressed with John’s presentation and work. Based on this I would happily recommend your company to my friends.

My garage door opener suddenly stopped working. I called Precision in the mid morning based on the description of services and other factors including ratings, insurance and uniformed employees. The company was very responsive and had a technician at my home within 4 hours. He reviewed my system and presented me with several options to deal with the problem. The technician was very professional but also friendly. He explained all of the details of his proposals and answered my questions in a clear manner. I decided a new garage door opener was necessary and he installed the system that afternoon. He went out of his way to make sure the new garage door opener work smoothly. I was very pleased with the response time and the quality of the work.

Your man showed up early in the morning - he said he would try to schedule me at the start of the day. He came in and studied the situation. Turns out the wall pad got fried by a power outage/surge. Power was out for all of three minutes in the snow a couple weeks ago.. With all the wireless units in the world for all kinds of devices, WHY can't your industry create a wireless pad (perhaps with cheep AA batteries) which is not effected by power surges? I understand you make more money by having these situations arise, however... I was very happy with the original installation your company did and was more than willing - if anyone asked - to recommend your services. Perhaps if you created a wireless wall pad, we would be very happy and you could make a lot of money. Overall your tech was very professional and did a good job. Jon TH

My tech was Danny S. He was on time, very knowledgeable of the product. Explained everything that was going to be done upfront and gave an estimated time to complete. Finished before that time very neat and clean. Once installed tested everything and showed me all the features of the system. I would request him specifically if I ever need service and would recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

Yes John did a excellent job. The only thing I should ask him to get the WiFi to work for me. That was my fault. I forgot to ask him but he was very good . And happy with the job . And I for got about the 20 coupon . Again my fault.
